> 3 dayThe clean Pixel look and feel at 5G on Metro combined with a earphone jack is a great buy! The stereo is better than my Pixel 2 or ZTE ZMAX ever was and the battery Life is nearly 2 days (YMMV). Put it in a nice case and the LK glass screen protector to keep it pristine during my skiing and hiking (I hope). Almost the same size as my Pixel 2 but almost a full inch bigger screen with twice times the storage.

> 3 dayI swapped it out from a Pixel 2 xl last week. It is great for that replacment if you want on the android update train again. The phone is actually not as wide as the pixel2 xl and fits in the hand better than old model. You even get a larger screen than the pixel 2 xl 6 to 6.2 in. The whole punch camera is a bit odd but learing to like over the large bezels the Pixel 2 xl had. You even get a larger battery in this phone over old one,Li-Po 3885 mAh. It is packed with 128 gig storage!

Greater than one weekNow I know why these were on sale here. Does not work on Verizon 5G. Might not work on other 5G networks also ? Its a nice phone, but I bought it to use on Verizons 5G network. Now the sales are over and Im kinda stuck with it unless I want to cough up more $$ to get one that works on 5G. Should have gotten the phone at the Verizon store while they were marked down. Stupid me...... I had tech service try to figure it out a couple of times. Been in the store also. Just had them install another 5G sim card in the phone. Still doesnt work on 5G. UPDATE Just left the verizon store again with a new sim card. I get some 5G in spots now. My buddies Samsung phone is 5G almost all of the time. Mine isnt most of the time and were in the same place. Ive also been getting weaker signals and more dropped calls than my Pixel 2XL that i just retired. This is the first and only time i buy a phone off of a website. I would consider this phone a factory second. If my 2 XL wasnt losing battery capacity, id send the 4A 5G back for a refund.

Greater than one weekI bought the phone in early September and really liked it, awesome battery life and for me, had all of the features I needed. Just over 2 months since I started using the phone it died. Went to bed one night with a battery showing 80% and it the morning the phone was off, could not get it to turn back on. Contacted the seller and all I got from them was an email stating: hello, the 30 days return period expired. please check a different charger and cable. if issue persist, call google or 3rd party repairs. water damages are not covered. I did notice that if you purchase the same device today, from the same seller, the return window is open until January 31 2022. Real shame I had to buy the phone when I did. Trying to find support for a dead phone is useless on the Google website, just keep going around in circles and when you call them the message is Due to the Pandemic, we have a minimal support staff, please check our website for help then they hang-up. I wanted to buy an Android phone from an American company, guess not. Looks like Ill be sending more of my fixed income to china. Really bad time to be retired in America, really feel Ive been scammed.

> 3 dayI was a fan of the pixel, had the 2XL for a long time and it held up for several years against the competitors until about 2021, 2 and a bit generations later I thought Id upgrade. The 4a doesnt feel like an upgrade from the 2 at all. The camera is not noticeably better and laughable to competitors on the same generations. I understand its a budget version, but for a phone that sells itself on camera capabilities, the focus Id expect wasnt there. Within one month I started seeing functional problems where touch screen wasnt responsive, Google assistant wouldnt work even with the phone unlocked, and never locked despite enabling it to unlock at home. I wont comment on the 5G performance as that could be a location/network issue but very disappointed with this purchase and wouldve been just fine sticking with the 2. The 4a is probably literally worth what they pay for a trade-in.
