Solid but forgiving enough to teach good techniques to young players without as much wear and tear on them. Many different ways to hold if for different situations. I have only used it for a couple of days, but the design and construction seems very durable. Good product for a great price.

Durable and works great for my three sons when we work on offensive blocking and defensive ripping and swimming techniques. It is a little on the smaller side which is its only downside. But it was obviously made to accommodate multiple different uses/sports, so that’s understandable.

I bought two of these for grade school football practice and they have held up well with kids punching, jumping, and beating on them for several months. I expect them to last for several seasons. These were a good product at a reasonable price. If you are in the fence go ahead and get them.

I am coaching my son’s youth basketball team and I use it to teach them how to finish shots with contact. I also let them punch it every now and again to get some of their energy out. Great product; if it holds up to 10 year olds, it will hold up to anything.

Excellent for young ones in training

What can I say - it is a great blocking pad and works well to practice tackle tactics with my younger football player.

I purchased a GoSports blocking pad to use while I train my son at basketball. Hes a decent player but needs to up his aggressive play on the court. I tried it out about one hour after it was delivered. Im impressed with the quality and the effectiveness of the pad. Very firm with many grip options. More durable than I expected. It was the perfect remedy for our training sessions. I give this product a 10 out of 10 and Im looking forward to using it the next time we train.
