GoSports Blocking Pads - Great for Martial Arts & Sports Training (Football, Basketball, Hockey, Lacrosse and More) - Standard or XL Sizes

I was looking for something to use to create contact with my 9U soccer players and it worked brilliantly. It has some thickness to it and its sturdy, but not so big that its heavy or unwieldy. I could use it moving my feet easily while drawing contact with a smaller child with no issues to include using 1 arm. This could easily be used for combat sports as well, I would say its perfect to absorb kicks or elbows, with it being rectangular,I wouldnt use it for punching strikes unless they were jabs coming from directly in front. Multiple ways to hold the pad make it versatile, its sturdy and it is lightweight.

The zipper broke right away from being punched by 2 little kids!

Product has excellent stitching and rigid material.

Bought this for my seven year old who is in martial arts. The straps are sturdy and the padding is firm. The standard size is great for kids.

The GoSports blocking pad is extremely durable and versatile. You can strike it or do your spin move into it, simulating contact. Its definitely a great product.

Bought these because I could not get the Gorilla brand. I am very surprised by how awesome these are! They exceeded my expectations and seem a lot better than Gorilla. They are stuffed better and have more handles, and the durability is great! These are phenomenal and they have earned my business for the years to come!

This is a great blocking pad. Kids enjoy it, but had to wrap it up with tape due to cancer notice (which is on all of these pads I’ve come across). May also get them hand gloves in future to avoid touching it physically. Otherwise, pad is sturdy and looks durable. Has great portability and handles are secure. It’s doing a good job so far!

You get what you pay for. Doesnt absorb kick power as well as the kick pads in the gym. The kicker needs to kick with less power. Even with less kick power, the holder should brace and meet the kick. The holder can feel the kick impact and can be thrown off balance.
