Fits well - works great

Tough time getting the lower tank screw out of the housing, but the part was a quick and easy swap. Works great. Wish the item description itself was a little more clear that this part fit the RB24AEP models. Felt like I had to do some cross checking there to verify that they might could clear up faster in the item copy.

Easy to install; works perfectly -- Im very pleased with this purchase !

This is my fourth pull start assembly for that stupid Hitachi leaf blower. Pay attention to the direction you pull the cord or it will wear and snap against the black plastic housing. If this one fails there will be no 5th purchase, Ill leave the whole thing at the curb.

Agree with above poster, tried 2 other replacement assemblies for Hitachi blower RB24EAP (16 production) and this one finally fit. Hopefully it lasts longer than the 8-pulls the original put out before popping the bed.

My pull string broke on my RB24EAP Hitachi blower. This replacement was a perfect fit. Please do your research. This part will only fit blowers built after 2014. I couldnt be happier.
