Nice thin and lightweight just what I needed for work only.

It has been less than 4 months and we have had to send this in for repairs. When we received it back from repairs- over two weeks later-we could not log in. All wording was in Chinese. When we finally got ahold of customer service after being on hold several times we have been told the only way to fix this is for us to pay $80 for a flash drive to correct this problem. One we did not create. One that was added to our computer after we sent it in to be repaired. I refused to pay the $80 so was told to go purchase a flash drive and I could download the information. I still do not feel it is my responsibility to correct this. I want a new computer. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I will not buy another HP again and recommend you do not either.

Bought this for my son who was going back to finish his degree. Great value and he loves it. For the price, this is a great laptop to own.

Awsome products

I love how small and compact this notebook is and as a college student it provides all me schooling needs!

This is just your average run of the mill laptop. Nothing super special about it, but it gets the job done. However, the speakers are on the bottom so it doesn’t go very loud. I usually have to hook it up to a Bluetooth speaker if I need to watch something on it. The battery life also isn’t that great. I’ll charge it fully one day, use it for maybe 45 minutes then turn it off, only for it to be nearly dead the next day.

Wrong description. The descriptions is said that they are all the same laptop but different colors but that is not true becauae I ordered a rose gold and a pink laptop. The pink laptop is a HP Stream laptop so it is different from the others they might want to put that in the description.
