Purchased to replace a 12 year old laptop that was getting slower and slower. After listening to the wife bitch and moan about how slow it was getting I went on line and found this product. I had used a HP Spectra just before I retired and I knew this would work well. We especially like the speed that the solid state storage provides. It will boot up from a cold start in just a few seconds where the old one needed enough time to let you make a pot of coffee.

Just love this computer, looks great its lightweight and gets the job done.

Battery does not stay on longer than 3 hours. Had to contact HP for a new one

I bought this laptop to be solely used as a WFH machine and so far it has not disappointed. Price was a major consideration in my purchase and at $575 I believe you get a lot of value for the buck. This machine is a work horse and the performance is very fast and stable. The keyboard and trackpad are surprisingly decent to use (keyboard not backlit). If speakers are a consideration in your purchase the speakers on this laptop are actually pretty good and the volume is quite loud without getting tinny. Ive read some complaints on the noise of the fan but honestly I think the noise is very low and it runs constantly while Im working and it hasnt bothered me at all. I usually have the laptop plugged in during work so I dont know how long the battery lasts during heavy use. However, the battery seems to drain 10-15% every night while in sleep mode which seems excessive. The only knock I have against the laptop is the display color is not as vibrant as I would like. Its a bit washed out. Its perfectly fine for use with all of my work apps but would be annoying if I was doing a lot of video streaming. Overall, this is a great machine and checks all the boxes I needed for a reliable laptop for work.

The ;laptop mouse pad was irregular. When you tried to scroll it would just pick a page by itself. When I tried to delete emails and other things it would give you a drop down menu. Ive never had a computer of any kind that was this bad. I sent it back the Amazon for a refund on Oct. 28th, they received it on the 30th and its been going on 8 days now and they have not refunded my money!!! Buyer beware of where your purchase is really coming from.

Absolutely terrible display. Screen looked faded and while testing Youtube videos would randomly glitch and stutter. Automatic turnoff and return

Really made in China very dissatisfied. Thought it was made in America.
