> 3 dayThe driver for the wireless network finder went out after only 7 months. Is anything made to last anymore?

> 3 dayAmazing! Pairs with my HP printer seamlessly and walks you through things when you’re starting out! Beautiful display, and love the extended keyboard with the 10-key. Lightweight, but durable. So nice that we bought two more! My husband works on music, I work from home and my son uses his for school!

> 3 dayThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months, and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop and it came in with a hardware defect that resulted in freezing and crashing. I spoke to Mastertronics and then when their suggestions didnt work I received assistance from HP support. HP support figured out there was a hardware problem that was not fixable by me and said I should return the laptop for a full refund. I returned it a week after receiving the laptop and Mastertronics charged me a $90 restocking fee and so I was $90 short for my refund. HP support was awesome so I will stick with HP, but I will NEVER use Mastertronics again. That was $90 I couldve put towards a laptop that actually worked. I would advise going through a different retailer.

Greater than one weekLaptop is for personal use only. No instructions or manual came with the computer. Finding very difficult to set up with apps and files on my other computer. Have been an HP user for awhile (desktop pc w Win 10 & printer) and really like the products. This is my 1st laptop. Very frustrating. Dont know why I have to spend $579 on a laptop and then have to pay $300 + to have help setting up.

Greater than one weekSome days afo I received this pretty computer in my country Dominican Republic, this is very niche, light and fast, why two start? because this computer in the first day of use (3 days ago) the screen turned off 2 times and when that happened also launched some white stripes like those stripes when you take off the antenna from an old TV, I informed amazon about this already and if this happened again I will have too ask for a refund, I hope not to do it because I need the computer for my university and work from home.
