> 3 dayI would not recommend this laptop. Worked “ok” for a year and then the WiFi/network adapter quit working. I looked through other reviews and same thing. Purchased 5/31/20 but for whatever reason the warranty was less than a year after purchase. I bought an adapter so it can still be used but must be plugged into Ethernet cord. No more WiFi is not good for less than a year old.

> 3 dayHave been a customer of HP products for over 20 years. No complaints on any HP products I have purchased from computers, printers and ink/toner. Have always had a positive experience. Cannot rate battery life as I have only used this computer while it is plugged into the outlet.. I would definitely rate this Laptop superior to the Lenovo it replaced.

15-04-2025I had this laptop in my possession for four days -- just long enough to spend hours and hours and hours on the conversion from my old laptop. And thats when the hard-drive blew up. HP told me they could repair it and return it to me within three weeks of the time that they receive it. Then I guess I could take the chance that their quality would be better the second time around, and I could re-invest hours and hours on the repaired version. No thanks. I have work to do.

> 3 dayThis computer was defective brand new out of the box. We sent it back for a refund. Amazon promises that the refund will happen within 7 days of sent item. Its been longer than 7 days since the shipper said that the package was successfully returned. Wheres our refund?

> 3 dayI have to admit I got this over a year ago actually one year and 45 days. Was doing perfect had no issues and I was extremely happy with the product. The only issue after one year warranty ran out 45 days later the complete system crashed and cannot be fixed. By no one!. If I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed per the HP customer support technology they would have to replace the hard drive and everything else which would cost more than what the actual computer cost me. So let me just say this if you want to computer spend that kind of money for one year only this is the perfect computer you get if you want anything after a year and get another brand get another computer this is ridiculous. One year 45 days exactly

> 3 dayHad the laptop for about 6 months and have experience too much problem. Bought it for my daughter who is in college and many times, the screen would go blank or start spazzing out. I would not buy this laptop. Not worth the price and same to be very unreliable. This is not the best product, very sure you can find another laptop from a different brand that may be less and more reliable.
