> 3 dayI bought this laptop to work from home in 2020 during the pandemic. It worked well - good speed, got the job done. Id had some issues with it being finicky about coming on from time to time. If it was left open, sometimes youd have to close it and reopen it to get the screen to light up. Other times, I had to hold the restart button and reboot it, even though it was just in sleep mode (clicking the mouse or hitting the space bar didnt get it to come on). This was a brand new (NOT refurbished) item.

Greater than one weekThis laptop arrived on May 7/2020. It arrived a day earlier than expected in good condition and without any damage. The battery takes 100% charge in 1 hour and 55 minutes. After charging the battery lasted 5 hours between videos on YouTube and browsing the web .. The screen resolution looks very good. Image quality very good. It takes 8 seconds to turn on. The screen is not touch. The keyboard is not illuminated. The fan is silent when used with the battery When it is connected to the power the fan is heard a little but its sound is not annoying. It is very light. Its measurements are 14 1/8 inch x 9 1/2 inch. Today I have 10 days with this Laptop and so far I am very happy with it.good investment.when I have more time with this laptop I will come back and make another review.

> 3 dayI had to purchase this in a hurry because the laptop that the school issued my son for virtual learning was not working. I likely wouldnt have purchased this model had it not been for the laptop shortage due to COVID-19 and our new world of virtual learning, but it was one of the only reasonably priced ones available. The absolute deal breaker is the touchpad/mouse. You have to be DEAD CENTER in the middle when you click on it for it to properly work. They might as well make it 1 inch by 1 inch, because if you miss that sweet spot directly in the center youre out of luck. Its extremely frustrating, especially when youre trying to work quickly. I would expect better from a $600 computer. The keyboard layout is a little funky and sits slightly to the left, a little awkward to deal with at first but I got used to it pretty quickly. The graphics arent good. This computer should be worth about $350-$400. Disappointed but it will have to do, unfortunately.

> 3 dayI received this laptop and probably would have liked it if the cord included wasnt defective. I tried another HP cord (that belonged to someone else) in the laptop and was able to see that the laptop was charging. But the cord included in the box wouldnt charge the laptop at all. So I had to return this product because I wasnt going to keep the laptop and have to purchase a power cord too!!!

> 3 dayThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months,and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.
