If I cant afford a high quality Mac, I get an HP! Set up was easy, really appreciated all the product reviews before me, very helpful. Overall, Ill probably purchase a few more for my kids to use for school. Quick delivery too! Well packaged. Good product, no issues with Adobe Creative Suite, Windows 10....etc. Good security measures and easy to understand HP Dashboard to update me on system maintenance. Stop dog desktopsore than laptops and really appreciate the wireless mouse and keyboard, no wires to restrict creativity and ergonomics. Thanks HP and Amazon!!

Easy to hook up and get ready to use

This was a Christmas gift for my husband! The look on his face when he unwrapped the paper and saw his gift was priceless!

Everything worked great until about about a year after my purchase, when the mouse wheel stopped working, and then today the keyboard suddenly stopped working. I called HP but they couldnt identify a solution. Since its been over one year since my purchase and since I didnt buy the extended warranty (Ive had HP products for years and never needed one until now), my only option is to buy a new mouse and keyboard. They transferred me to the HP store, where I learned -- HP doesnt sell them in white! So Im just using the black mouse and laptop from my old HP, and now have a mismatched monitor. Ive been a loyal HP customer for a long time, but Ill think twice before buying another HP product in the future.

I bought this to replace an 11-year-old hp pavilion that was too old to update. I love the wireless keyboard and mouse and the big screen display quality. It was easy to connect the printers on my wireless network. Processor is super-fast and I like the Edge browser. Havent used the camera yet but so far its getting 5 stars.

I use it for basic audio production -- nothing fancy, just VO tracks and some basic mixing. This computer works wonderfully for that. The large screen allows me to see all my tracks and the speed allows me to easily move, mix and cut with no lag. The video is very good -- 4K looks great. The face recognition works instantly. The speakers are OK.. they produce a nice full sound, but again -- theyre from an all in one, so if youre expecting out of this world sound, youre not going to get it. Its fully adequate. The SCREEN DOES TILT, which is great for using the webcam --which looks clear and crisp. Not HD quality, but not grainy. useful for most work situations. The touchscreen works just fine -- but I most likely wont use it. Set up took less than 10 minutes from unboxing to using Cortana to set up the desktop. Overall, Im very happy with this -- its a high quality computer with plenty of memory and speed to do what I need it to do. And it looks very stylish in my office too.

After my third day trying to work my way around this new computer, I am ready to give up on it and return it. In particular, I couldnt reconcile my biases with the keyboard style. I have big hands, which makes it clumsy for me. In addition, it has no F-keys. How can a keyboard have no F-Keys? Worse of all is this computer came with no instructions about the equipment configuration, camera location, on-switch, how to insert batteries into the mouse, etc. In any case, I figured out some of these things after tinkering around with it. However, regarding the F-keys, it could be there are ways to emulate them but no instructions were provided to that effect. Whats a man got to do? Much as I hate to have to return it, I cant abide the thought of living with these negative aspects into the unforeseeable future.

Great product all around

If it were not for the speakers I could easily give this computer a 5 Star Rating. But under the circumstances I will just be giving it a 1 star. Computer cost too much to have speakers that just make a noise and no defined sound. One of the reasons I bought it was for the sound!!!!

Received today, It came on time, fast computer, a lot of storage space, so far so good, I definitely recommend it. Ill update the review if anything Happens that I dont like
