After using the computer for 5 months, and never having to use the power button, we shut it down and then tried to use the right rear button to turn it on. Of course it did not work. Not having any written documentation, we called HP support and spent literally an hour with the tech on the phone before we figured out that we were pressing the wrong button. Made us feel like idiots, but is there any reason that HP has to hide this button completely from view with no indication on the faceplate that it is there. They could even put a note on the rear screen adjustment button that says wrong button you idiot- try the other side.

Let me start out by saying this screen is massive, which I love! My eyes are not the greatest, so it has been wonderful to have a screen of such good quality and size. The resolution on it is beautiful. Secondly, the speaker mounted to the bottom is very loud and very clear. Another positive is the keyboard and mouse. I know not everyone likes Chicklet style keyboards, but I do, and this keyboard is amazing the type on. The mouse is rather wide, which is good for people with big hands like me, and it is not awkward at all to handle. Lastly, for the positives, the touch screen works wonderfully, although, personally, I will not be using that functionality very often. Onto what wasnt so great. The camera quality and face recognition were not great. I dont know what I was expecting out of the camera quality, but it is rather grainy, and I will not be using it for my needs, rather I will be using an external camera. Also, the face recognition did not recognize me when I put glasses on. That was the only thing I changed. Once it fails to recognize you once, it just makes you enter your pin. Overall, I think that this is a great PC for anyone who loves a minimalist work space without lots of cords and wires. This PC is going to last me far into the future.

This is really bad. I have only had foe one month and already have major problems. Computer turns on but the screen remains black. I have done every trouble shoot suggestion on the internet with no success. Missed my 30days to return.

This may be a fine computer, but just so you know HP is CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT IMHO in not writing documentation for this variant. Specifically when I received mine 5/18/2021 I could find NOT A SHRED of documentation on how the OSD button was supposed to work.

Great sized touch screen, with excellent touch response! TWO drives - a smaller solid state drive for the OS (Windows 10) and programs - then a TByte spinning drive for things like those thousands of photos you have taken...
