HP customer service sucks. I tried setting up my email in icloud mail . Everything went fine with aol email but I had issues with setting up my icoloud email. I followed all the prompts but nothing worked when I called hp support. They didnt do anything to help and wanted to forward my call to a software tech who was going charge me a fee to solve the problem. I have had this computer for less than two weeks and this is the kind of service I get after paying over $1200 for this hp product. Ill never buy hp products again.

It’s fast, easy to set up, and tons of functionality. Cannot beat the price.

Im not a computer person but this was really easy to set up & is working great. Way faster than my previous PC, even though we have spotty reception at best.

I LOVE this computer! The touchscreen is a good option, although I prefer using a mouse. I dont do heavy gaming, so I cant speak to that specific topic, but the monitor image quality is great for my purposes. I use my computer for web-surfing, YouTube videos, Office applications, Printshop, Hallmark Card Studio, email, Jacquie Lawson e-cards and Advent calendars, Microsoft games, and desktop publishing. I have had absolutely no difficulty with any of these programs and applications.

This computer replaces a ten-year-old HP computer, both are all-in-one style. I use it for home and telework. A good feature, the camera has to be lifted from behind to be operational. For security my employer gave everyone a clip to cover the camera, but not needed for this computer. The picture (27 inch diagonal) is a little more grainy that the previous computer (24 inch). This computer does not have a resident version of Microsoft Office. One must either connect to an internet version, which I found unsatisfactory, or buy an annual subscription from Microsoft. This was an unexpected expense. The Realtek speakers are comparable to the Beats Audio speakers in the old computer. I rarely use the touchscreen features. The computer can be tilted slightly from vertical, helpful with Zoom meetings. This computer meets my needs.

Absolutely love our new computeThe WiFi is super fast which is the main reason we replaced our old computer. But this new computer has many new features that we are enjoying. Like the face recognition to immediately sign in. Touch screen is fabulous. Love the all-in-one, simple, clean, wireless keyboard and mouse. Sweet set-up.

Like everything. But little think. Design vise, everything is white except wire and charger is blake. Why?
