Greater than one weekGreat chip! I had to return my Amazon product and buy it in store as the one that was shipped to me had been opened and I didn’t want to put a used chip in my new build. That said the return was easy and the chip is a beast. Just keep that in mind when ordering online… make sure to use a new chip as these are very sensitive.

> 3 dayThe middle ground. The perfect spot for most buyers. The 13700k is almost as fast as the 13900k(the step-up) while being much cheaper. Its also much less hot than the 13900k.

Greater than one weekHired someone to help me and the CPU did not work at all. Kept trying but it would not work. Returning and waiting for refund.

> 3 dayIf you’re looking at this as a gaming-only processor, you’ll probably get 95% of the gaming performance this offers with the cheaper and cooler i5-13600k. Save your money and put it into a better GPU over buying this because that will actually result in more FPS where this processor (over the 13600k) will not.

> 3 dayI previously built an 8th gen i7 for gaming and work, relegating my 1st gen i7 to my hobby (ham radio) after 13 years that mobo started acting up, and I made the decision to build a new computer for gaming and put the 8th gen to my hobby.

11-04-2025The CPU paired nicely with the Z690 Asus board. Had to update the bios before it would boot. All of the reviews are on the i5 and I9. Make no mistake this cat outperforms the 12th gen I9 for half the cost. Cant wait to see what Intel has up their sleeve.

14-04-2025This is a fast CPU. It handles everything you throw at it accordingly.

> 3 dayMy latest build has the i7-13700k. This cpu is a beast! Every motherboard I have used with 13th gen CPUs needs the BIOS updated first before it will boot properly!
