Intel Core i7-13700K Desktop Processor 16 cores (8 P-cores + 8 E-cores) 30M Cache, up to 5.4 GHz

I built a new computer during the height of covid (Dummy, I know, right?) and decided on a i9-9900k. Im a sysadmin by trade, so remoting in and fixing servers has never been an issue with that processor..but for gaming..Titles like Cyberpunk, Days Gone, to even WoW..there were areas that my 3080 was being bottlenecked by the 9900k.

I have had zero problems with it since installing it. Thats probably the best compliment you can give a CPU. I am running it in a B660 motherboard, so Im not overclocking it, but I can adjust the turbo boost to fall within certain power limits. No issues at all with this CPU.

This tiddlywink done clocked to 5.5Ghz and that did done good on my Photoshops and After Effect. I done did games and stream subsequently. It did. Done.

Many folks go for i9s in whichever series intel brings out at regular intervals while I have preferred to either go 5s or 7s (cant imagine a scenario Id need a 9 since I primarily do 1080p gaming irrespective if its a AAA game or indie or some blast from the past from GOG). Wouldve stuck with 10th gen had that prebuilt machine not gone awry. Heating wise this can get hot so invest in at least a 240 or 280 AIO while a powerful air cooler can also get things manageable (maybe from deepcool, noctua, bequiet, etc). If using a less chonky air cooler then do some undervolting to prevent overheating. I have no complaints with this 13700k. Thanks Amazon and DHL.

Siempre quise tener un i7 así que compre este cpu para estar a la actualidad vs mi i5 8600k, el rendimiento es magnífico, con los juegos apenas se carga, lo que no me gusta es que sea muy caleton pero con el noctua que tengo de momento me aguanta bastante bien, pero al 100% continuo de seguro va necesitar una liquida.

Great CPU for gaming and almost everything

runs hot but I already knew that finally went with an AOI 28MM but a 36MM would be better my case only takes a 28MM.

Everything worked great out of the box, so far so good.

I got this for a new system build even though a little higher than I like to spend. But it has performed great.

Performs well, no issues so far.
