So far this thing is great! I upgraded from the 9900K and this has been a noticeable difference. Im still in the process of updating drivers and reinstalling some software. I havent done any overclocking so the Cinebench score and temps are straight stock settings.

If you get this processor it has high temps problems if you look it up you see online that it cant handle top of the line liquid coolers bought intel i9-12900ks works like a champ no high temp problems the best one out there!

It works well when I’m use for the server I’m using, it’s cores handle the tasks well

Intel has knocked it in the bleachers with this one. Super fast. No OC necessary. Using it with Win11 and a 3080 gpu. Incredible. Not regretting it at all. Glad I decided to go with Intel on this build

Expensive but worth it. Was initially getting Blue screens, but the Motherboard needed a BIOS update for it to work as intended. Computer is working great.

Got the asus z690 eva edition running a 12th gen i9 with eva edition asus 3080 12 gig gpu and the ryujin 360 eva edition and the Asian horse matrix 360 up front and a cool masters 120 halo out back

Its great, Im using 13900k but wanted a better cpu for my 2nd PC, and its great, especially for compute tasks and multi-threaded workloads. The raptor lake, and forthcoming, will of course be better, but if you need the best Alder Lake CPU and can find a decent deal, it wont let you down. Im able to cool it efficiently with a Noctua N-14 (single stack, single fan setup) and it works great.

I went from an i7-8700K with DDR4 and a Z290 chipset, to THIS ABSOLUTEL BEAST i9-12900K, now with DDR5 and a Z690 chipset, and MY GOD, my computer is running so damn fast, I am pretty sure at this rate, I will never be able to capture it again.
