Was disappointed that it didnt come with a disk. It came with a product key. Hard to web load onto a laptop that needs cleaning.

it did not keep virus off my lap top as good as other virus protectors so fo that I took it off my lap topit may be good for other things that I will look into but not as a virus protector..

No bootable disk its just a peace of paper with code this will not start your cp, called the tec about how to burn a disk to open her cp an they were trying to sell me a more expensive product of theres System Mechanic Pro is not worth your time an money 2 thumbs down.

Dont buy it, it deletes all of your windows system restore points. You cannot undo the damage. Why anyone would sell a product that deletes restore points is beyond me.

Loaded on my computer in January, lasted 2 months now request reactivate.

Came in a timely manner and worked the way specified.

As what everyone says, its excellent: makes computer run much more smoothly, protects against malware, the whole shebang...

Be careful folks. Ive been using them for years. It worked. But their upgrades and installs are risky. Had this problem before, I just installed it on a new dell windows 10 computer. It crashed for no reason. On restart some loading program ran out of control, couldnt stop it. It used up all my CPU. Tried to un-install. No luck. There is no customer support either. Im rebuilding and looking for a replacement. Any ideas?

Did not do what I thought it would do. Had to have my computer repaired after downloading the program.
