> 3 dayI sent an review earlier today. This is the 3rd diffuser I have ordered they are all great until this last one and the top came off of the cork and we cannot remove it. We have tried pliers and just plain muscle and nothing works. I had thrown away all of the packaging because I could not have imagine that there would be such a problem What to do. It is unusable and not possible to return Please tell me what to do.

Greater than one weekWow, this is potent. The Kai signature blend smell is of gardenia, which is also the smell of Kai candles. The square bottle is very pretty - it does say Kai on the lower right hand corner, but it is in small white print and doesnt take away from the beauty of the bottle. The bottle could be turned around to hide it more if it bugs you. The bottle is really solid feeling and surprisingly heavy. The cork top is solidly seated. No accidental leaks. The dark reeds look great! They absorb and release the smell very well. The reed diffuser is really beautifully packaged and wrapped in plastic. It would make a lovely gift for a housewarming or for anyone who loves gardenia scents.

> 3 dayWow, this Kai reed diffuser smells LUSCIOUS. A complex scent that is quite beautiful. I really did not think it was going to smell like anything special, but I was wrong! Im trying to suss out some of the layers of floral. I think I smell jasmine? or lilac? gardenia, for sure. This is delightfully pretty, exotic, romantic, warming, sensual, delicious.. More often than not scents bother me, but anything I have smelled from Kai has been gorgeous. This being the most amazing of all. If I had a scent, I wouldnt mind it being this. I wonder if their perfume is the same as this? Heavenly! Ok, so.. that price tag though. I think it is a splurge item, or would be nice for someone who has everything already. Or for any Kai fans. I wont rate based on that as this is a brand name, a luxury item, and all have different budgets. It absolutely is different (and much nicer) than any other reed diffuser oil I have ever used. It is just a more complex aroma- layers of gorgeous flowers. If the brand name is important to you, the high quality glass bottle has the brand printed in white in small font on one lower corner of the bottle. Looks classy. The bottle itself is nice looking. While it is just a clear bottle, it looks solid and definitely has use for after this is used up. The reeds are a dark grayish brown. There are 15 in the pack. Instructions say to start with eight. I would start with even half of that. Packaging, the bottle is well secure in the tall, attractive box. I dare say it took me longer than expected to wrestle this out from the box. Once I figured it out, all good.

> 3 dayI’ve tried several readdiffusers and I quite frankly was disappointed with all of them as far as the range of sent. This absolutely did not have that problem LOL. If anything it was so strong my dogs couldn’t even go into the house, I started off with the eight reads as directed and ended up going down to two reads. The center is lovely and it certainly does impart a well ranging fragrance. It is packed very nicely, and the bottle is very stylish. However, even with all of those pluses, I can’t justify the $78 price.

> 3 dayFull transparency, paying upwards of $60+ for a reed diffuser is something that I would not normally do. However, after experiencing the Kai reed diffuser I now understand why people with a good amount of disposable income may choose to do so. The packaging is simple and refined and the presentation fits well with any decor. The square bottle is simple and could easily fit in any room. I really like the look it adds to our bathroom counter. Upon opening the box you have a square, glass bottle of signature Kai scent and a pack of reed diffusers. The directions state that you should start with 8 and then add more as you see fit. I have this in my master bathroom and 6 is the perfect amount for me (slightly less than the directions had stated)-- it allows the entire bathroom to smell fabulous but it is not overpowering. Since it sits on our counter it is much more noticeable when brushing teeth or washing hands and face, but has yet to feel overpowering. I love walking into the bathroom being greeted by the scent. I have had this in my bathroom for two weeks and the scent is still hanging on strongly, which I like. Only a fraction of the scent has evaporated and I feel like this will last for a solid 6 weeks if not longer (depending on how many reeds you use). I love the scent -- but I cant quite place my finger on all of the notes. I smell some jasmine in there and gardenia. It isnt overly floral, its truly a unique mixture but it smells wonderful. Overall Im satisfied with the quality of the product and the scent, however, Im having a hard time considering whether or not the price tag is worth it. Im not one to spend an exorbitant amount of money on perfumes and sprays-- so that may be my personal bias. I would splurge at about half the price, maybe 60%.

> 3 dayIm going to start with the packaging. Its packaged well, and despite the fact that my box had taken a pretty hard hit at some point as evidenced by the big old dent in the box, everything survived and was in immaculate shape. Inside the box, the reeds themselves were sealed in a bag and secured with a tag. The bottle of oil was another matter entirely. It was like trying to solve a puzzle box getting it out. I kept waiting for Pinhead to come out and start sniffing the reeds. The scent itself is heavy on the gardenia, which Im not complaining about. I dont find it particularly strong, but to be fair, I also havent been rotating the reeds the way Im supposed to, so shame on me. I do love air fresheners and fragrances. I think they can just make an environment feel better. That being said, I am a bit leery of diffusers, if only because I have 2 cats and 2 kids. Thata whole lot of tipping over potential. I also do have some serious concerns about the price point of this product. I think its a bit heavy for this product!
