KAI Scissors 7250 10in Shears, Pictured

I absolutely love the 9-inch Kai 7230,they deserve more than 5 stars. I wanted to have a little longer blades and decided to buy the 10-inch Kai 7250. To my dismay, I found that their blades are only a couple of millimeters longer, but the handles are a whole inch bigger. Oh boy, I couldnt even operate them at all. Both of these shears are of a great quality. The craftsmanship is excellent. Smooth and sharp blades. Light weight too, which makes it easy to cut any fabric. The designers of the modern shears are having a strange idea that good ergonomics mean huge handles, the bigger the better. It would be more logical if the shears were sold by the size of the blades, in this case about 4 inch, and S, M, or L according to the size of the handles. If you have big hands go for it, if your hands are s/m the 9-inch shears will be perfect for you.

These shears are fantastic, I use them day in and day out in my upholstery business. They last a long time, are affordable, and make other shears feel like childs toys. They allow you to make precise cuts, and they work well for both light cloths and thick leathers. I have yet to find scissors in this price range that come close. My coworker prefers the 12-in shears because they cut thicker things more easily, I like the 10 inch because they make precise cuts.

Extremely sharp. Very durable and reliable scissors. I use for cutting leather, and other heavy duty vinyls. These things are awesome. Sharpen them once or twice every couple months and they’re perfect. Although you can never get them back to their original sharpness. Surely my favorite scissors!

These scissors are so incredibly sharp & well made that Ive forbidden my kids and husband from even thinking they can be for anything other than fabric! If the Lord blesses me with a long life, Ill still have these scissors. I plan to let a professional bladesmith help me keep them in shape! Im beyond pleased with these and I highly recommend them. Worth EVERY dime!

This is worth the price. Real precision and sharp as scissors are capable of. Really well made.

Nice &sharp!better than any other scissors

The Kai 10 scissors are quite remarkable. I wanted these so I can cut through multiple layers of fabric plus batting - and they do! They are very comfortable and cut cleanly all the way to the tip with ease. They do not bind.

When it comes to sharp high quality steel tools the Japanese know what theyre doing. These things are so sharp its hard to use them as a make shift blade for opening boxes (which I shouldnt be doing anyway). Makes easy work of every paper or fabric Ive cut with it and still as sharp as new a few months after purchase.
