Kwikset Tustin Entry Lever featuring SmartKey in , Venetian Bronze/Standard Packaging

Installed these to match our Kwikset Balboa Bed/Bath Lever in Venetian Bronze that we also installed on our bedroom and bathroom doors. Amazons price for these are really good. The knobs are very smooth and nicely finished. Im very happy with the purchase.

Amazon is turning into a fraud by the day. Its one of those place that sells defective branded items, this Lockset being just one of them. Amazon is getting rich while we lose our time and money by falling into its trap Bought this lock, with an electronic deadbolt, got skilled carpenter to install it and ended up with a broken jamb. The deadbolt wouldnt go all the way in. The deadbolt wont go into the existing slot, so the carpenter cut the slot so much that the jamb has no wood on one side. It still didnt go into the slot. By this time, the key had stopped turning completely!! The carpenter said if you bought it from Amazon, its probably inferior in quality. He has lot of experience and that resonated with me. So we rushed to the store to get new Lockset of similar make and same company... and guess what? It worked. The deadbolt went all the way in when in open position and goes into the old slot that we had. What a waste of time and money and a loss of a perfect jamb. Amazon better pay for its shameful cheap tricks to fool its customers. But its customer service is as pathetic as its fraud products Never buy brands from Amazon!!!

I ordered this handle/lock set for my patio garage door. It was a very easy installation and a high quality, ease of use set. I installed it and it worked perfectly. I plan to replace other doors with same appliance.

The deadbolt was programmed to turn the wrong way and I couldnt find any information in the box on how to fix it. Was able to find the instructions online but those should be provided in the box.

These are exactly as advertised. They are cheaper on amazon than the big box home improvement stores. Good quality product. I chose this line throughout my whole house. Knobs feel substantial and all screws are hidden.

Actually, the lock is great and I would give it 5 stars and Amazon zero stars if I could. Easy to install and looks great. After only one day who knows how it will be in 5 years. Comes with a great warranty so we will see. The problem is Amazon! This was a Warehouse Deal. Amazon shipped the lock with no keys. It has not one but two stickers on the box indicating it was inspected by Amazon. To add insult to injury, Amazon also placed another sticker over the code on the box indicating how it was keyed at the factory so I cant even have another key cut from the factory code. Amazon may do really well making it difficult to find the key code on the box but it comes from practice. They also make it hard to find a customer service number.

Excellent replacement for my Weiser keyed entry lever. Fits the same.

Kwikset just makes good products. This was easy to install and is very solid. Great purchase.

We installed this to replace a round handle that was old and worn out. This new handle is so much easier to use when your hands are full, and it seems very well built and solid. It looks nice, and was easy to install. Well be purchasing another to replace the back door as well. I definitely would recommend it to others.

I love the finish of this handle as it works so nice with the dead bolt lock I installed with it.
