Kwikset Tustin Entry Lever featuring SmartKey in , Venetian Bronze/Standard Packaging

I cannot even begin to say how awesome this item is! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU! I replaced a failing garage entry door handle/lock with this item and was please on all aspects of the swap. Took all of 15 minutes, and that includes re-keying to my old key. That new smart key technology is just amazing. Same quality as Homeless Depots at half of the price. I couldnt be happier!

Overall very good. I rekeyed it to our old key which was great, really like the feature and it works really easily. Con: the lock knob turns a bit hard, I hope it wont break, our 7-year old has some trouble locking/unlocking the door from the inside. On one of our doors the lever got loose, though that could have been me not tightening the screw correctly.

Door handle was easy to install & matches dead bolt lock perfectly.

Was very happy these were still available to match my existing hardware. Came as advertised and would order again if needed.

Replacement for existing lock that failed after 6 years. The finish on these locks especially on the exterior side start to fail after 12-18 months depending on the weather.

Overall, we really like the set and having the ability to re-key the lock is awesome. For anyone who might have an issue with arthritis or some other disease that affects the joints this handle is great. Very light action and it feels very sturdy. The only downside we have found is that the thumb lock on the interior (I hope you put it on the interior) it sticks quite often and you have to jiggle the handle to get it to turn fully.

Very sturdy and easy to rekey

Amazon is turning into a fraud by the day. Its one of those place that sells defective branded items, this Lockset being just one of them. Amazon is getting rich while we lose our time and money by falling into its trap Bought this lock, with an electronic deadbolt, got skilled carpenter to install it and ended up with a broken jamb. The deadbolt wouldnt go all the way in. The deadbolt wont go into the existing slot, so the carpenter cut the slot so much that the jamb has no wood on one side. It still didnt go into the slot. By this time, the key had stopped turning completely!! The carpenter said if you bought it from Amazon, its probably inferior in quality. He has lot of experience and that resonated with me. So we rushed to the store to get new Lockset of similar make and same company... and guess what? It worked. The deadbolt went all the way in when in open position and goes into the old slot that we had. What a waste of time and money and a loss of a perfect jamb. Amazon better pay for its shameful cheap tricks to fool its customers. But its customer service is as pathetic as its fraud products Never buy brands from Amazon!!!

Best knobs in the price range.

I paired this with a keypad entry deadbolt. Both look great and work well.
