The Lake Country products are some of the better quality product available at a reasonable price. Once the pad is in place it stays in place and requires quite an effort to remove (as it should) It is sized correctly so the the edges cannot come into contact with and scuff or scrape the paint. Bought this for a HF Bauer Polisher that came with a backing pad that wobbles due to center stud not being perpendicular to the pad, this one came in exactly the same. The Bauer actually seems better. Waste of money, I’ll use the slightly less crappy one that came with the harbor freight polisher.

I was afraid of recieving something else after reading the reviews I ordered without reading the reviews as lake country have great products. I recieved exactly what was pictured and works great with my portal cable da polisher.

I wish I had read all of the reviews prior to ordering. I too have received an item that is useless. It is not as pictured. I cannot attach it to my polisher. Do not buy.

The threaded spindle on the first one I received was not straight which resulted in a bad wobble. Unfortunately, I didnt realize it until long after the return period, and the seller was not willing to help me out. I ordered a second one since I needed it the next day and it worked great. Good product, but check it when in arrives to make sure its straight but installing it on your DA tool and give it a spin with your finger.
