Overall a great Chromebook. Im really happy with it.

Terrible computer. It crashes constantly. There is a lot of online advice for repeated Chromebook crashes, but none have worked on this computer. The screen is odd, with a thick black border that is distracting. There is no “delete” key!! There is no “caps lock” key, no number pad and no function keys-although you can change the top row keys to act like function keys in the settings. Touch click on trackpad has to be made in settings, but then it rarely works on one “click”, you have to touch at least twice to click.

We purchased for remote learning, within 10 days of using the entire bottom half of the keyboard does not work at all. Called support, was told we would have to send it in and they would repair which would takes 2 weeks. never received said instructions or information to do so. Warranty is simply to return at our cost for possible repair. Not worth the time and money to purchase again for a product that didnt last 2 weeks.

Works great for basic computer needs

Only had it for two days but I love it!

Easy setup. Bought it for my 8...soon turning 9 year old daughter so she could stop scaring my wife by using her MAC Book. :-) Main purpose is for research and to do assignments that are assigned from school from time to time. Battery life so far has lasted 2 days and is at 70%. We monitor her usage and do NOT let her have too much screen time.

My complaint is about only one thing: color.

I bought this Chromebook for my son for school. This computer has worked very well up until a few months ago. Now my sons Lenovo C330 will shut down for no reason in class and the only way to turn it back on is to plug it into the wall on a charger. This happens on a daily basis now. I expected more from this chromebook and I DEFINITELY expected it to last more than a year and a half. So no warranty and Im told they dont make this chromebook anymore so Im out of luck. I would have given five stars before this but now it gets one. For longevity I dont know if I would buy Lenovo again.

My son said its so fast and reliable.

This is more for a travel laptop. It is annoying you have to log into Google every single time just to use it and you cant use windows program. No backspace button where it normally is.
