Greater than one weekAll aspects of this device are cheap and clunky. Don’t waste your money.

> 3 dayI am not happy with this laptop, and wonder if it has a problem. Every time I use it I am required to sign in, and it usually doesnt take my password. It is VERY unfriendly to use. I had an IPAD and now I wish I could go back to it. Is there any way I could return it for an IPAD? I realize that my 30 day refund order date has passed by a few days, but I do not like this computer.

> 3 dayI bought this to use with G Suite and apparently when you use G Suite it disables almost all functionality. I have literally spent hours now on phone support with Google just to figure out how to get basic functionality. It took them over an hour just to figure out how I could enable Play Store and download the Calendar app. Now Im on hold again waiting for them to figure out why Assistant isnt working. I got this because it was supposed to be so simple and easy to use but its been the biggest nightmare of any computer I have ever owned. I am honestly shocked at what a disaster it has been trying to use a Chromebook with G Suite and I am very close to just closing my account and returning this Chromebook. This issues are specific to G Suite though and do not come up if youre using a regular Google account.

> 3 dayDont get fooled by the picture, I returned this product as it was a disappointment, sometimes you try to like the things you get because, we tell ourselves, oh well, its just one negative review, but I am not paid to write this review, I have taken my time to make sure, you dont go through the same issues I had.

> 3 dayMy kids use chrome books at school. Since I knew it was something she could use on her own with out help, I got this one for my daughters 12th birthday. She was able to turn it on & set everything up herself with no help. It seems very durable & better quality then the ones at their school. Very happy with this purchase. Would buy it again.

> 3 daySupply and Demand - got a love the times we are in - this company made a killing off of this product!. Considering we purchased the same computer in the spring for $220ish With that being said - the computer is the same as the other, packaged and sealed properly, easy to operate, shipped quickly. No issues - best of luck to the other parents out there scribbling to obtain proper systems for your kiddos this school year!

> 3 dayPerfect for what I wanted it for! I use google docs, watch Netflix, shop Amazon, check email with no problem. Also I have excel on my desktop and I have started a sheet there and used a flash drive to put it on chrome book and it worked fine without buying excell!

> 3 dayIts a great chromebook. The touchscreen is not the best at response time. I found it works best with the use of a mouse.

> 3 dayI bought this thing (typing on it at the moment) after my Macbook Pro died. Its obviously not a replacement for a real machine, but I needed something to kind of bridge the gap while I saved for a new, fancier product. For the price, I think its a great choice. I havent experienced any lag with videos, and my guess is that if you do, it may be because youre asking this little machine to do work above its pay grade.
