> 3 dayExcellent picture quality. Not too loud. Very disappointed with app selection. Only has Netflix, Hulu, UFC apps. No Amazon Prime, no Vudu, no Movies Anywhere, no HBO, no CBS app, etc. Disappointed I have to still use my Roku stick with it to watch what I want. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with it.

> 3 dayFirst, I tried multiple lower priced portable projectors and was very, very unhappy with those other choices. This unit I had working in minutes and its menu and setup was very good. Acted just like my LG TV and because LG has licensing rights, you arent redirected to some China site to install very questionable apps to make the unit work. The other units I tried had menus partially in Chinese, required questionable apps that didnt work or they displayed text in Chinese for some of the menus or apps (no English with English selected) and I know a couple loaded tracking software because I ran Wireshark and it was sending data to China. This unit works as I expected. I am giving 4 stars because it works well and the programming is professional, not Chinese junk. I gave it 3 stars for brightness, because I just wont give a higher rating when its not enough for bright rooms. However, they are honest about its brightness and it works in moderate light conditions, and very well in low light. I bought it to project on to canvas for painting and it works great for that can move the unit to the right distance and get just want I want to trace with the image. I found it works so well, I bought a portable big screen and use it in the back yard. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JTXLBQM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I also intend to take it to the beach to setup music videos while enjoying a campfire on the beach. The Bluetooth to my battery powered speakers works perfect and stays in-sync. Overall, I think this unit is much better than every other similarly priced or lower priced options. Plan to use it for football games this weekend. Didnt buy it for that, but its GREAT. Love the battery option. I also bought a battery powered jump starter/compressor that makes for a great power bank and I use it to extend the battery life. https://www.amazon.com/CAT-Professional-Station-Starter-Compressor/dp/B088RMSXD1 NOTE: I got my jump starter for a much lower price at Costco when it was on sale.

> 3 dayLove this little projector. Great picture, brightness is ok, especially for a portable wireless rechargeable projector. Only complaint I have is that every time you turn it on it defaults to the TV setting. We are using this in a conference room and do not have any Antenna hooked up to it. So the first thing you see every time you power it on is the static screen and static sound that you get when you do not have a TV signal. There is no way to change the default startup setting to one of the other inputs which is pretty sad in todays market. I would like to see LG put a firmware update out either allowing the device to remember the last INPUT setting it was on when powered down and power up to the last INPUT setting. Or change the device to allow you to set the default startup INPUT to anything other than TV. As I said that is my only complaint, great product otherwise. Perfect for our Conference room.

> 3 dayThe size of this is great and LG interface is nice, but I cant figure out a cable situation to ceiling mount this and not have the DC power supply brick / inverter visible. (See blue tape temporary fix - looking to hide the HDMI and power cable with raceway cable cover.) I would love to know if somebody has found an option to extend the cable to get the power supply brick out of sight.

> 3 daydoes what i expected, affordable 1080p projector with decent image and lumens for a darker room smart features didnt matter to me, i have an nvidia shield that does everything into hdmi 1 fan noise and bluetooth range didnt matter to me, i use WF-1000XM3 headphones via bluetooth to the shield keystone left to right would be nice, this only does vertical so you need to be centered on your projection angle some reviews/questions seem a bit confused on the zoom...this projector does zoom, but it also doesnt...that is to say, the projected image size is solely dependent on how close or far away you are from the surface youre projecting onto...that cant be altered...there IS a zoom setting in the menus, but its for zooming in/out on the image itself...imagine looking at the camera view on a phone, where the phone size stays the same but takes up more or less of your field of view depending on how closely you hold it to your eyes...but you can also pinch to zoom in/out on the image displayed on the screen and THAT is the only zoom capability you have on this projector

Greater than one weekI tried six of the top-rated full HD, battery-powered, portable projectors and found this one to be the best. Compared with other portable projectors, this has the best picture, most intuitive on-screen menu, and a true 2.5-hour battery life. You can get an additional 2.5 hours of projection time by plugging the LG PF50KA into a portable, rechargeable battery, such as the HALO Bolt 58830 ($110 on Amazon). (5.23.19 UPDATE: One reviewer noted problems with focus; I have not.) CAUTION #1: When comparing projectors, do not be fooled by brightness specifications in the product title or spec section that simply say lumens rather than ANSI lumens. (ANSI = American Nation Standards Institute). If the specs say LED lumens or just lumens, please recognize that your are reading advertising, not a real measure of brightness. The LG PF50KA is measured at 600 ANSI lumens. Thats as bright as any battery-powered portable projector on the market today. For apples-to-apples brightness comparisons, you need to know the ANSI lumens of each projector. CAUTION #2: When comparing projectors, be sure to check its native resolution. Just as with lumens, there is a lot of advertising fluff that contains abbreviations such as HD. Keep in mind that almost all modern projectors can play video files that were filmed at various resolutions, but they will downgrade the fidelity to what the projectors graphics processor and native lamp capacity are. (Analogy: You can watch a 4K movie on your HD TV, but it will show up in HD, not 4K. You would need a 4K TV to display a 4K movie.) The LG PF50KA has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 (width x height in pixels) considered Full HD by industry standards. It will display a 4K (3840 x 2160) movie at Full HD (1920 x 1080). Always check the native resolution of your projector so you know the maximum definition that projector is capable of displaying.

> 3 dayDecent projector. Bright enough in low light and perfect for outdoor use. If using inside as primary viewing device you might want to consider a higher end projector if wanting a big screen level of clarity and brightness. Also will need a quality sound bar to pair with it for sound.

> 3 dayYou cannot adjusts the side angle. So unless you mount this perfectly straight, it will be distorted.
