I feel a little more at ease at the thought of my baby girl choking now that I own this product. I have researched, read all the articles, watched all the videos, you name it; this is LITERALLY a lifesaver! I do wish it were a bit more on the affordable side, as some individuals have resorted to purchasing the super cheap, hazardous product that temu and other sites are selling, due to the price tag. I myself learned through my own research that those “fake” products will have adverse effects, in that it will actually PUSH the item that is being choked on even FURTHER down, instead of sucking it out. At the end of the day, it’s your child’s life and I would presume most parents will pay whatever it takes for this item, if it meant saving their life in an emergency. Do some of us have to scramble, save up, do some Uber eats, borrow money etc in order to make a purchase like this for ONE item? Yes. Is it worth it? Again—yes.

Just thought I would say that the product came promptly and looks as advertised. I even called and chatted with someone to make sure that I purchased the correct product from Amazon. They said yes and really can’t give it a rating yet and Lord willing, we will not have to give a rating because that would mean we wouldn’t have to use it, but it is great to have it as a good peace of mind

A friend recommended this after I told her that my husband had been choking and I couldn’t get my arms around him to do the Heimlich. He’s tall and somewhat hefty. He was able to cough up what he was choking on, but in the meantime I was freaking out and calling 911. We haven’t had to use this but I feel so much better with it around.

I bought both the home kit and the traveling kit for my granddaughter. Shes almost 9 months old and I wanted her parents to have some peace of mind with the kits. Ill be buying a kit for myself since I live alone and wouldnt have anyone to help me if I started to choke. I hope they or I will never have to use it but its worth having it around because you never know...

What I dislike is that this model was much higher in price. There were other manufacturers that had basically the same product and a much cheaper price. I bought the cheaper price one too and they were the same as this expensive one.

Happy I have it and hope I never have to use it but I feel better that it is here if needed ! Live by myself but lots of grandchildren visit and I have choked several times and very scary when you can’t get any air so thankful I have it ! I feel they should be mandatory for I per family public places restaurants and where the chance of choking is possible ! Yes they are cheap but life is very valuable !!

My 93 yr old, a few years back, choked on her food at the table. My parents and I sat there stunned like she couldn’t be choking-but she was. I jumped up from the table, I grabbed her around her weight and gently pumped my fits. I was terrified that I would break her ribs because her bones were fragile already. But I was able to do it-I was able to gently use my fist under her ribs and bouncing her up and down-seconds later, the piece of food came unlodged in her throat and it came out. We all stood there in relief-a very surreal moment. My grandma nearly died in front of us because no one knew what to do. I took a class years ago to get certified but never used it u til this situation. Glad I did. I saw a segment on INSIDE EDITION years ago about LifeVac. I thought of getting it then-but it wasn’t until I was scrolling on YouTube that I came across it again. Now my grandmother lives with me. And the thought of her choking like that again unnerves me-not because I don’t think I could help her like before but I am afraid of breaking her ribs/bones in the process. That’s where the LifeVac comes in! Being reminded about the product years later-thnx to the Inside Edition program found on YouTube-I ordered it. This sucker is awesome! I have already studied the LifeVac and played around with it. This is something I should have purchased long ago but better late than never, I say! If anyone is choking in my household, this sucker will be a lifesaver indeed! It’s pricy and I wish it wasn’t but it is cheaper than a funeral and the idea of watching a love one suffer in their last moments right in front of ya. I rather spend the money and have a peace of mind and many more years with my loved ones.

I haven’t had to use this, thank god but the quality is great and the peace of mind of having it makes it worth the price!

Got my order not even 24 hours after placing it! Instructions are easy to follow and they even give you an extra mask to practice on. Glad to have it but also praying we never have to use it. Wish I would have bought one when my son was first born.
