A noticeable energy and focus difference is recognizable after drinking. Flavors are great and the travel pack makes them ridiculously easy to carry around.

I find plain water unpalatable and this additive makes it taste yummy and I drink more than the recommended amount of water each day! It keeps me from getting dry mouth from medicines, as well. My biggest problem is the cost. What exactly are they putting in there that is so expensive!? I havent found any better mixes, so I guess Ill just keep buying these.

I love these hydration packets! I started using these daily throughout my last trimester of pregnancy in hopes they would help with my swelling and help with the dehydration I was having from continuous morning sickness. Once I started adding these to my water Ta-Da swellings gone and no more dehydration! I also added these in my water during my labor and it was the only things that kept me going for the longest 48 hours of my life. Now that my little one is here, I still drink them in support of breast feeding and have started passing these gems to my friends. My doctor has been so impressed by how well they have helped me stay hydrated, she is now reccomending them to other expecting moms. Also, my husband who works a very physical job has also started taking them in replace of the Gatorade he use to drink everyday. My only negatives to this product (other than the expensive price) is the taste can be a little strong on the salty/ bitter side so I dilute in 32 oz of water instead if the reccomended 16.

I use this stuff to re-hydrate after having a couple of drinks. I’m not really sure if it completely works, but it does encourage drinking extra water. It is salty to the taste and the flavor I got really doesn’t have a flavor, but I had a couple of Stur flavor drops which helps a lot. If for nothing else it help me drink more water!

I love this electrolytes. They don’t have any artificial coloring, it taste great. Taste clean, plus is low in sugar which is great. Use it after sauna, working out, traveling of even after a night of a few drinks.
