I love this electrolytes. They don’t have any artificial coloring, it taste great. Taste clean, plus is low in sugar which is great. Use it after sauna, working out, traveling of even after a night of a few drinks.

You can really get by with just water and fruit. Sugar and and salt are the first and second ingredients. Then ask a high price for it. Ive used tiny amounts to flavor my hydration water for hiking. Cant stomach the recommended concentration. Heavy advertisements for it on You Tube and pod casts. Really an example of create a product and then create a need for it. Will I buy it again? Unlikely. Ive been recently making my own flavored hydration water with a little lemon and agave syrup

I donate plasma, work out, drink a lot and am a college student so these are a lifesaver for me!! I always drink these a day before I give plasma and it makes the process SO much better. Before a night out drinking if I drink one of these I will almost never get hungover, or even if I know I’ll have a long day of classes I’ll drink this in the morning and feel good throughout the day. Like some, I dont hydrate enough throughout the day. Sometimes due to other types of liquid consumption, um, I have a dried brain feeling. Iswallow a glass of this and almost instantly feel a positive affect as it goes down. I feel hydrated again. Relief is on the way....fast. Love the different flavors too!

My daughter bought me a 6 pack of these before a golf trip to Branson MO a couple of weeks ago. I was very skeptical of the product but gave it a try. I mixed half a tube in with 10 ounces of water and that seemed to make the taste fairly neutral. It was 103 the first afternoon we played and the next two days were in the mid 90s. I can honestly say I never had an issue of dehydration in those 3 days. I used 2 of the packets per round. Basically in 2 bottles of water each, so I drank 4 total bottles of water with the IV solution in them. Great production and I have been using it since when Im out on the course.

I tried these after reading about them on a Nashville visitors Facebook group. Hubby and I are big drinkers when traveling or partying and I am notorious for waking up with nausea and headaches no matter what I do. I was concerned about my 4 day getaway to Nashville being partly ruined. I followed my Facebook friends’ advice and used one una glass of water prior to drinking for the day, and then another at night before bed with an alka seltzer added. These really, really helped. Are they magic? No. But they are a very big difference.
