This is by far my most favorite flavor. Love it.

I have always struggled with dehydration no matter how much water I drink. I have Dysautonomia and I am always trying to stay hydrated. I get to points where my skin (especially on my hands) will literally just start cracking. I stumbled upon Liquid I.V. a few years ago and I said, what have I got to lose? Well I know its going to sound insane. But I drink Liquid I.V. daily now on top of a ton of water and whenever I have the Liquid I.V. within a few hours I can literally see my skin change drastically. The chapped lips, the dry skin, and dry mouth; all gone. This product is not a gimmick. I cant stress enough that you HAVE to have your regular water intake of course but Liquid I.V. is a lifesaver that is worth every penny.

This additive for my water tastes great and I drink 64 ounces in a hurry. It really quenches thirst. I find it it strong enough to put in more water than the directions. It says 16oz, it works in 64 oz. Taste is not diluted at all.

Personally, the berry flavor is not the best. But at the same time, Im not drinking this for the flavor.

Easy to carry with you anywhere. Taste good, and quickly can be added to any beverage or water of your choice.

You can really get by with just water and fruit. Sugar and and salt are the first and second ingredients. Then ask a high price for it. Ive used tiny amounts to flavor my hydration water for hiking. Cant stomach the recommended concentration. Heavy advertisements for it on You Tube and pod casts. Really an example of create a product and then create a need for it. Will I buy it again? Unlikely. Ive been recently making my own flavored hydration water with a little lemon and agave syrup

I thought this was a product to help restore my enzymes, energy, etc. Made up one pouch, kept watering it down but the sweetness never diminished. This product might work for most people but not for me.

I use this stuff to re-hydrate after having a couple of drinks. I’m not really sure if it completely works, but it does encourage drinking extra water. It is salty to the taste and the flavor I got really doesn’t have a flavor, but I had a couple of Stur flavor drops which helps a lot. If for nothing else it help me drink more water!

Taste good and makes you snap back after a nite out drinking 1 ,2 many beers. Buying the energy too.
