Ive tried a number of different hydration sticks for keeping me hydrated while drinking kava kava... This one always does the trick. Almost an absolute cure - after I drink this when Im dehydrated I always start to feel better. Like a potion. Tastes good too.

Bought these for my son when he was sick and dehydrated. They seemed to help better than Gatorade. He likes all the flavors we’ve tried.

I overall love this product, but Tropical Punch is just too sweet.

A little too sweet

I am a banquet server and work many shifts outside in the warmer weather. I dehydrate very quickly so having this product has truly helped me big time. I always carry several packets with me to have throughout the day. I learned about this product when we had a VIP group at our hotel and they were heavy drinkers and they used them every morning. They taste great too. I got the tropical fruit and love the taste.

This product was a life saver during my spouse’s Chemo Infusions! She loves that taste & more importantly it keeps her hydrated - highly recommend

, it desolves in a bottle of water with a few shakes. Doesnt have a chalky or gritty taste or aftertaste!! Doesnt have a lot of junk in it like many brands do.. Has a much better flavor than other brands.

I was sick for about a week and a half. I needed something to help and when I found this, I decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did. It helped me feel better and I think helped me get over whatever I had faster since I wasn’t dehydrated constantly. The flavors are also actually good, which is amazing because I usually hate things like this.
