Works well to keep me feeling hydrated. I forget to drink water when I’m busy and so this is good for me. Tastes way better than other sports drinks. And I can add a little bit so I get just a bit of flavor in my water rather than full strength. Wish they were a bit cheaper though.

Best flavor in my opinion

I love liquid IV and I really wanted to like this flavor but it was not what I was hoping for. If anything, this taste like pina colada. So, if you like those this will be great. I got no other flavors from it and I was hoping for more of a citrusy punch flavor. I got none of that. I wish I could exchange for another flavor because I will probably just waste the rest of these after trying one. Again, this is nothing against Liquid IV, just this particular flavor.

I like to take these on vacation for extra hydration when I drink. Love how consistent they are overall and that I can just throw them in my bag on the go.

Ive been buying these packets for a couple of years. I work in a hot manufacturing environment in Georgia. This product will quench your thirst. Ive tried drinking water and gatorade to the point of it sloshing in my belly and id still be thirsty. Not with this product. great for travel and specifically trade shows.

I have been drinking liquid IVs religiously for a couple of years. They absolutely make a difference in my daily life. I did not expect this flavor to be anything significant. I was absolutely wrong. I can’t describe it, but it’s not at all what I expected it to taste like. Just give it a try. This flavor is amazing!

This is really important if you don’t drink enough water. It really hydrated and has necessary electrolytes. All the different flavors are marvelous. I happen to love watermelon.

Pros: Flavors are tasty and the single serving packets are very convenient. Easy to carry in your pocket, purse or glove box. Cons: expensive and the use of an engineered sweetener.

Item was as described and the flavor definitely meant tropical punch. Delicious!

i’ve been a liquid IV customer for a while and a big fan of them. they helped so much staying hydrated during pregnancy and postpartum (especially in this summer heat) but out of all the flavors this one is the best in my opinion.
