These are great for people with POTS syndrome. When I start to feel a flare or feel weird, I drink one and it helps me feel somewhat back to normal. I survive off of 2 liquid IVs a day. These are NOT for someone with a sugar issue though.

Exactly what I wanted

This stuff is amazing! I first hear about from a friend so I thought Id try it...I originally got it to help with Charlie horses I would get in my legs at night, but then I noticed on other days when I felt run down or didnt get enough water in, I would drink one and feel so much better!!! I definitely add them to my night after drinking as well and even got a nlfew of my friends turned on to these after going to a wine tasting convention. We drank one during the event and when we got home and all of us woke up feeling amazing (other than tired of course) no real hangover or dehydrated type of feeling. Ive already reordered some for the up coming summer fun. Definitely a most have!!!

LOVE liguid IV! I bought this for a couple family members that do not drink water and for myself (for workout recovery and hangovers). They do help with hydration and tastes pretty good.

Ive had Liquid I.V. before and will continue to buy. Only reason for this review is flavor. This had more of a coconut flavor than a tropical punch flavor. If you are expecting a typical fruit punch flavor maybe like hawaiian punch this isnt it.

I like to take these on vacation for extra hydration when I drink. Love how consistent they are overall and that I can just throw them in my bag on the go.

Opened package to use one and it came out with powder on it. Took all the packets out to find one that is open and powder in the bottom of the bag. All the other ones are fine and excited to try the new flavor!

This is really important if you don’t drink enough water. It really hydrated and has necessary electrolytes. All the different flavors are marvelous. I happen to love watermelon.
