I love everything about this product. I dehydrate really easy. Do not want to be without it. Has kept me from going to the er to receive iv fluids through the vein. A LOT CHEAPER THAN A HOSPITAL BILL

My husband is totally into forcing me and my son into pouring these electrolyte powders into our water to help hydrate. We always pretend to drink them. This is the first and only one that my son and I like. Flavors are great. Passion fruit is our favorite. Apple pie is pretty good as well They ginger one is not for us!

I have POTS syndrome and I need a lot of extra sodium. It tastes great and its a lot easier to get the salt I need. It also dissolves incredibly well. It only takes a couple of shakes in a water bottle with ice. I have a subscription with the company now.
