I’m a bariatric patient 11 years out. Literally tried every form of electrolyte supplement and I’ve yet to find one that actually worked.... till this !!!! I also work in manufacturing and it gets so hot in there and I can’t chug water like everyone else, 1 sometimes 2 packets and I’m back up and running. I love this product and I tell everyone about this!!! Everyone should have this on stock! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Was recommended to us by my daughters doctor with her condition she needs to be able to do the electrolytes to keep her body doing what its suppose to.

Taste is not that great. I’d suggest drinking ice cold. As for if it actually works- ehhh I’m not quite sure. I bought it for myself and my son who plays football. He likes them.

My husband drinks this when he plays golf and feels it keeps him hydrated.

These are a staple in our house. We order them weekly. My kiddo suffers from POTs and these keep her in check THANK GOD for these suckers. The passion fruit is by far the best tasting in her opinion

It’s great at keeping me hydrated!

I don’t write many, if any reviews, but i figured i have to for this one because of how well it’s worked to cure hangovers. I’ve struggled a lot as i age with adjusting to more aggressive hangovers, even after just a few drinks, but not anymore. Drink one before going to bed and the morning after and I’m back. Not 100%, but it’s much less severe. Recommend to anyone looking for a great new hangover remedy.

I used to have IV hydration twice a week. I add Liquid IV to a 16oz bottle of water once a day. I no longer have to go to the infusion center for hydration.
