I used to have IV hydration twice a week. I add Liquid IV to a 16oz bottle of water once a day. I no longer have to go to the infusion center for hydration.

Love these! The flavor is great- reminds me of crystal light and they are the most hydrating electrolyte powders I’ve had. I wish there wasn’t so much sugar In them but when I‘M super dehydrated, they do the trick!
