I noticed after 3 days that I had swelling today in my ankles. Im hoping its not related to lmnt. My headaches have gotten better. Gonna do more research to see what the side effects of lmnt is.

We enjoy chocolate LMNT with coffee! We saw some different recipes for coffee with LMNT. We used 1/2 teaspoon with cream in coffee. Yum!

My husband and I love these electrolyte drinks, the watermelon is our favorite flavor but I also like the mango chili for a little kick of heat. We take these when we go on long hikes on hot days or when we are working outside during the hot months. They do taste salty but we find that very refreshing when we get really thirsty. I think they are over priced compared to other electrolyte products but the flavor is much better and we dont have to worry about added sugar. We definitely will continue buying these.

I have been living with POTS for 11 years. LMNT is absolutely a miracle for me. I would recommend to anyone with POTS. The watermelon flavor is my favorite.

I originally got the sample pack and almost threw out the chocolate packet because the idea of chocolate Water (I thought it would be clear) was just not doin’ it for me. One day I was feeling adventurous and gave it a try and I’ve been obsessed ever since! It’s not clear, it’s brown. Mix it with cold water - you’ve got delicious dairy free chocolate milk. Mix it with hot water - you get surprisingly good hot chocolate. Add some heavy cream and magic happens! Seriously, give it a chance :)

I use this product as an electrolyte source for endurance workouts. It immediately has a very chemical smell, and tastes very artificial when consumed. However, I do think it has merit, as I feel the electrolytes are a good fuel source. I was just slightly bummed about the chemical/artificial smell because I thought LMNT would be a little better.
