Sparkling seltzers? Nah, not that kinda spicy water. This the good stuff. Gives you energy and doesnt afraid of anything. For real tho, I only drink this flavor. Other flavors are dog water. Only spicy water for me.

IMO...the Mango Chili is the best LMNT flavor - the one that tastes closest to what it should be and the stevia aftertaste milder than with the other flavors. Perfect in my fruit/veggie smoothies.

I have tried all the flavors and have had to dilute they down considerably. The chocolate does not have the big salty tast of the other flavors and allows me to drink a full package of LMNT in two liters. This is a great blend for when you are on a keto diet or need to hydrate quickly. Stops cramping within a shot time of drinking. I have repeatedly purchased this product.

The watermelon and citrus flavor are the best. I love these because they don’t have sugar.

I got clued into this product from a friend and once I tried it, I couldnt have been more pleased. I live a very active lifestyle of hiking, fishing and hunting, but I often neglect proper hydration with the help of electrolytes. One of the reasons is that my system doesnt handle sugar very well, so finding a zero sugar approach to better hydration that still tastes great and I can add to re-usable water bottles is a big win for me. Ive definitely noticed a reduction in muscle cramping and faster recovery from challenging hikes as Ive started using this product. All the flavors are pretty good, but Im partial to chocolate!

These really help after a sauna treatment, workout or night of drinking. It tastes pretty salty but I like it. My husband hates it. I put it in a 24oz water bottle. The price is great. I use them about once or twice a week. This is my favorite flavor.

Way to Spicy for my taste but I got 30 of them so, I just use it with extra water.
