> 3 dayI have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome aka POTS, which makes my blood pressure be super low, daily. I do take RX meds too but that alone isnt enough. LMNT is a great product, I have tried so many of their flavors. The chocolate is one of my favorites. I just mix it in water and I love that it is 1000mg of sodium. Liquid IV only has 512mg of sodium in a serving and tons of sugar, which is one reason I LOVE LMNT so much. I actually had gone a couple months or so not drinking LMNT, and doing Propel instead. Bad idea! I am back on LMNT. It is WELL worth the money and does so much more than Propel, Liquid IV, etc do. Watermelon and Raspberry are two other flavors I really like. Just two days ago I had a terrible fainting episode, where I hit my head on my bathroom floor. I didnt have my LMNT yet, but it came just in time, the next day. Its making a substantial difference in keeping my blood pressure stabilized. I love LMNT. Will keep buying it for as long as the company is around.

Greater than one weekIm disappointed with the flavor! You taste nothing but salt. I am not challenging the claims to the benefits its the flavor thats a huge let down. I could have bought less expensive products with the same benefits. I chose LMNT for the flavor. Total letdown.

> 3 dayI have POTS and need to up my intake of both water and salt, so these packets are perfect. This particular flavor is niiiiice. But I learned that it makes a lot more sense to buy them directly from the companys website.

> 3 dayI am not an expert on this, just going to give my insight on my situation. I drink 1 gallon of water a day. Recently, I had a trip planned where I knew I was not going to be able to consistently maintain my water intake, so I went online and got some electrolytes (I saw these on Chris Williamsons podcast and decided to try them). I get blood tested every 2 months so it was a perfect moment to try them out. I had 1 packet a day for 10 days straight, plus some additional water of course but not my normal intake. During the trip, I never felt dehydrated. After the trip, all my blood tests came back normal as if I drank the normal gallon a day I have. Now for flavor, there are good-tasting electrolytes out there, but these are my favorite. They taste really good. My favorite are Chocolate Salt, Mango Chili, Citrus Salt and Orange Salt. My least favorite are the Unflavored and Lemon Habanero.

> 3 daylmnt is mostly sodium which is the easiest salt to get in our diets or have around the house, and it makes all their drinks taste bad cause they taste salty. this flavor it kind of works cause your brain thinks oh this must be a dark chocolate sea salt hot cocoa, so this flavor is good but their cheap ratio ruins all their other flavore. If you have ever tried the three salts on their own the manganese (i think, i might have this swapped with potassium, i forget which) tastes just like lemon so having a higher ratio of it makes citrus flavors taste right. Also the other two salts are the ones harder to find. Sorry for the rant but in summation this one is okay because of the cocoa but if you want a better tasting citrus and a better ratio then try IQ Mix

> 3 dayMy 78 year old father constantly had full body cramps and no energy. His doctors just said it was due to dehydration but nothing changed after he upped his water intake. After a lot of research, I found LMNT and after drinking it, I’m so happy to say that his cramps are gone and he said he feels like he can do anything now. It’s so awesome to see him be socially active and go for long walks and travel again. He usually has two every morning and it’s super easy for him to mix in with a glass of water. He likes the taste as well. He’s diabetic so the fact that this is sugar free is perfect. The only downside of this product is that flavors seem to go in and out of stock so I have to keep checking on my subscribe and save orders to make sure he has a box coming every week. (His favorite are watermelon salt and raspberry salt) Also, it is a bit expensive. But he feels so much better that it’s worth it for me to pay it. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it! It’s been two months now and he still feels great. He always makes sure he has a few packs on him wherever he goes.

> 3 dayI got clued into this product from a friend and once I tried it, I couldnt have been more pleased. I live a very active lifestyle of hiking, fishing and hunting, but I often neglect proper hydration with the help of electrolytes. One of the reasons is that my system doesnt handle sugar very well, so finding a zero sugar approach to better hydration that still tastes great and I can add to re-usable water bottles is a big win for me. Ive definitely noticed a reduction in muscle cramping and faster recovery from challenging hikes as Ive started using this product. All the flavors are pretty good, but Im partial to chocolate!

> 3 dayThese are the best electrolytes I have ever found. I love that they are keto & paleo friendly and don’t have artificial coloring. They keep me hydrated and my blood pressure does not drop when I stand up. This is a big help to someone like me who has been diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension.
