I bought directly from Logitech. I received ALL the pieces of this collection. They are all low quality. They attract people that like this cute aesthetic and hope they can get away with overcharging for cheap materials since the market is lacking. Logitech has quality but is EXTREMELY lacking in this collection. Gives off the same vibe as Razers pink items. The cloud part literally is a slightly squishy piece of cardboard that can tear apart with enough force. The mouse could easily break if you dropped it. PLEASE AVOID

The keyboard itself looks great and works (so far) as expected. Caveat is that the package was wet when I received it. Mind you, the amazon box itself wasn’t wet, just the product box. Docked 2 stars for thats.

I personally love it! First thing I did when I got it was play games and it worked amazing! It’s easy to type, and the noise is pleasing to the ears lol. I work on my computer everyday for hours, so the wrist support was something I needed! The cloud is so cozy, and so adorable it made my set up come to life. I admit that the price was a little much, but I wanted to spoil myself and I’m so glad I did!

False advertising by logitech - their software does not work with current versions of mac os. Also two of the keys stopped working randomly after 2 weeks. happy to return this overpriced nonsense.

Im in love with the aesthetics of this board, it feels and looks properly premium. The RGB looks amazing. The keyboard itself is built like a tank, and is surprisingly heavy. I do miss the numpad, but I knew what I was getting, so I cant complain there. The keys are a lot stiffer than Im used to in a mechanical, but Ive only ever used red speed switches/optical switches, so I have no frame of reference for how tactile brown switches are supposed to feel. I did get used to it quickly, but I do still prefer keys that require less actuation force. If youre looking for switches with some feedback, and sort of a typewriter feeling to them, youll like the switches on this. I tested all 3 connectivity modes (2.4Ghz, Bluetooth, wired) and had no issues or detectable input lag with any of the modes. My only complaint with this keyboard is the palm rest, it is super cute and whimsical, but they chose form over function, and I found it annoying to use with the sharp edges and no flat side to fit cleanly against the keyboard. Overall a very good keyboard, and it knocks the aesthetics out of the park.

This keyboard is amazing, especially the way it looks. The way it sounds is great as well, but it really depends on your taste. Going wireless so this keyboard really cleaned up my setup.

Typed a research paper, few days of work and now this review all from this keyboard. Overall, I really liked it and had no issues. Overall, the keyboard is very durable and well made. The rubber feet on the bottom give you two height options and the keyboard does not move around or slide. I tested on smooth surfaces as well as a full desk mouse pad. The software that you can use to update it was very hard to use and I still have a pending firmware update but was unable to get the software to work. This is not a major issue for me and I did not remove any stars as the keyboard worked fine out of the box. After the keyboard was near my Windows 10 Dell laptop, and turned on, it was picked up automatically and paired via Bluetooth with no issues. This is my first keyboard without the number pad but works great for the smaller desks and spaces and actually started to grow on me. The key layout is slightly different from other keyboards I have and took a little time getting used to but I have this same experience with just about any keyboard. The response from the keys was very nice and I never once experienced any lag or missed keys. The keyboard kept up and looks really cool on a desk especially in a dark room. I did not rate it for gaming as I am not a big gamer but enjoy cool illuminated keyboards for my desk and for work. Some desks and setups can definitely benefit from a wireless white keyboard that lights up and the included cloud rest can be nice but honestly it got in the way and in already in a drawer after 2 days. Price point of $200 seems a bit high when comparing to the Logitech MX Mechanical Wireless Illuminated Keyboard (clicky full size) which runs less than this one surprisingly. I have tried dozens of keyboards from several brands over the past 10+ years and Logitech has always surprised me with how well they make their keyboards and how Tech-savy they are. I am highly recommending this one as long as you dont mind for it not having the number pad.

Definitely not what I expected for the price, looks nice ,keys are solid and responsive, but hurts wrist with or without wrist pad ,maybe for some but for me its a expensive brick that leaves me wanting more

Keyboard is super pretty super cute. At first I was looking just to buy the wrist rest since I already had another keyboard, but I decided to splurge and get the full set. And honestly it was worth it. All of the lights and keys can all be individually changed and I didn’t even realize at the bottom of it also lights up so it kind a looks like it’s hovering almost and the key sound really good. It looks like it takes a while to charge. If you’re using this for gaming, it also has multiple presets in the software that you have to download for it so that it can be certain lights for certain games as well as certain functions for certain games which is really cool! It could just be that I’m using a slow USB port, but 100% recommend this keyboard.
