Freezes quickly, fantastic wrap! The strap wraps securely around leg. I’ve been using it for a knee injury. Comes in a two pack, can heat it up too. The cold isn’t too cold, the ice/heat pack material is also pliable (bendable). Can use on arm, neck, shoulder. Would highly recommend!!

These were exactly as described. They freeze quickly but still remain flexible when using.

I need to ice my low back the these ice packs are the perfect size. The gel remains cold yet pliable and the belt keeps it perfectly in place. I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I love this! I used to use ace wraps to hold them to my stomach. It’s easy to get them in and out and the material is thin so you can feel the cold! For reference I am quite thin and the band fits great! It’s as tight as I can get it but it doesn’t slip either. The packs do take some time to get cold which is mainly what I bought it for. Had a surgery on my stomach and recovery was icing so that’s why I got this. Now I use it as needed and I can get up walk around if I need to and not have to worry about the ice pack moving.

It comes with two. I used it for my breast augmentation post care. The strap makes it very convenient. It did the job. My only complaint is I wish it stayed ice cold longer.
