Using it outdoors in patio and it works well without any issues. Remote smart access is a big plus for this device.

Great product easy to install and works with Vivant. You will just need to call to get a code to unlock the developers toolbox

This was probably the fastest pairing zwave s2 device Ive ever used (smartthings hub). The power and energy monitoring seem to be fairly accurate. Power reports every 5 minutes out of the box. I have mine outside in a weatherproof box. No complaints with anything.

I purchased one dimming plug and two power monitoring plugs. Functionality wise, these devices have done the trick for me. However, while the dimming plug was able to successfully pair with my hub using authenticated S2, the power monitoring plugs were unable to as they were missing their stickers that include the DSK code. I started a thread with Minoston support a few weeks ago to look into my options. They replied to ask about further details, but since then have left me hanging. While I am generally satisfied with these plugs, I will consider other options in the future.

This is my fourth of these z-wave 2 channel switches. This time I purchased an Amazon Warehouse unit. It was listed as being Like New and in the original package. It was sort of in the original package (the outer sleeve was missing as were the instructions and the protective plastic inner package). I will admit it did not look like there was any damage and had a new type appearance, but it was clear that someone had previously linked it with their hub. The instruction sheet was not in the package. Because I had purchased three of these before I had an instruction sheet and was able to read how to do a factory reset (press button twice quickly and then on third press hold for over 10 seconds). Once reset, the unit went into pairing mode and I was able to connect it with my Smartthings hub. Once linked with the Smartthings hub it identified both plugs and I was able to set them us as desired. As some have indicated, when I purchase my first one of these Smartthings had a little difficulty identifying both plugs, but with a little work the right drivers were found and I was able to independently control both ports. I have not had any issues with any of them dropping out or mysteriously turning themselves on or off. Their low profile and dual port design is why I purchased them.

I turned my power off today to replace a couple outlets, when I turned the power back on the dimmer was dead. Ive tried unplugging and plugging it back in, pressing the button, holding the button, changing outlets, etc. It does absolutely nothing now, so in the garbage it goes. Update: I figured it wouldnt hurt, so hit the dimmer against a solid surface a handful of times and tried it again. It worked. I dont know what that did, or what caused it to stop functioning, but its been working since then.

I bought 2-pack of these smart plugs to add few floor-standing lamps to my Z-Wave system, also to be able to use as a repeater to extend Z-Wave range. Functionally it works, but Z-Wave range is pretty poor. At first I thought this is a problem with the specific location/signal attenuation in walls, but when I installed another brand (Eva Logik) smart plug in exactly the same location I got perfect signal strength, and the node became quite effective as a Z-Wave repeater. Unfortunately I already threw away the box/packing materials, otherwise I wouldve returned these smart plugs. Price is attractive, and if you dont need longer Z-Wave range these smart plugs can be used, but dont expect a lot from it.

Excellent little dimmer module! And it leaves the 2nd wall outlet unimpeded. I had no issues pairing it with my VeraSecure, and have no issues controlling it. I was very pleased to find it really does deep dimming, all the way down to 1% with the bulbs I use, which is basically night-light level. I even reduced the minimum dimming level parameter in the MP21ZD down to 1% from its default value of 10%. I observe no flickering at any level. It does do a brief flash when going from off to a very low level (like 1%), but I want it to do that to properly start the bulbs. It also works perfectly with my Zooz ZEN34 remote switches for both on/off and dimming control. I have the ZEN34 associated with the MP21ZD on association group 2 for on/off and group 3 for dimming. That was a pleasant surprise as the documentation for the MP21ZD doesnt say it supports group 3. First one worked perfectly, Ive ordered two more! UPDATED 2022-10-13: Five stars down to 1 Three of the four I purchased are now in the trash: #1: I think it was frequently tripping its thermal sensor. With a 10W LED table lamp plugged into it, every couple of days the light would just go out and Id have to unplug/replug the dimmer into the wall. Unacceptable. #2: Never came back after a brief (1-2 second) power outage. Totally dead Zwave interface, unplug/replug no help, unpair/repair not possible. Maybe there was a surge or something, but none of my other 100+ Zwave devices had an issue with that power outage. #3: After a couple of weeks of use, started doing a single, deep flicker with every level change. As I was using it to automatically control a floor lamp in a room based on ambient light, and my controller would command level changes periodically, it was very irritating.

I got the mini plug. This is a nice z-wave switch. It is very small so it doesnt block both outlets when plugged in. It easily connected itself to my Smartthings hub. And, it is also configurable (for example, when power is cut, you can program it to be off, on, or last state when the power returns). I also like the led in the switch (which is also configurable). The one flaw is the button on the switch. Depending on where you press it, it doesnt have a positive click. I got 3 of these and 2 of them have the issue. It doesnt affect the function but it can leave you wondering if you pushed the button.
