> 3 dayThis is a great first phone for a kid. I am using this phone with Google family link and it works great. The system operates fast, the screen is nice and clear, the camera takes nice photos and the speaker and call quality is ok. You cant find a better phone for the money. No bloatware and easy to control. Sensors work great. I run a 7t myself and find that this inexpensive phone is one heck of a deal. You wont cry when your kid breaks it at school. :) Charges fast, great call quality, runs on all USA carriers. Nice to have an sd slot for added memory. Buy it!

> 3 dayThis phone is probably my favorite one yet. Call it a budget phone, but I dont think Id ever pay more then $200 for a phone that will need replacing. For reference, Im a teen that is on my phone at least half the day. The battery life is amazing, and both the front and back camera are great for pictures. I especially love the different camera/video settings. From going from some a zte blade spark to my first Motorola, it took some getting used to not having a home/back/tab button but after about a day im used to it. the back looks pretty cool, its kind of iridescent, but I have a case on because again, 150 is a splurge for me on a phone and theres no way Im breaking this thing. Overall, I really dont think I have any complaints. Actually, the notifications sounds are super annoying but I can fix that. Recommend!!

> 3 dayThis phone DOES NOT HAVE the back, recent apps, or home button which has been a staple of the Android platform since the beginning. It instead has you use a set of weird gestures. I find myself accidentally going back, and home by mistake. Whats really frustrating is the home and recent apps gestures are so similar I usually end up doing one, when I meant the other. Beyond that it seems decent. I mean, you get what you pay for. Battery has been pretty good. Performance is decent but sometimes the touch screen just goes unresponsive and I have to lock the screen and unlock it before I can do anything. Whats really making me crazy is the notifications. Sometimes it just makes a notification sound but theres nothing in the notification bar. On my old phone I had almost all notifications for apps turned off. But nothings popping up when I hear that sound. So for my own sanity I keep my phone on vibrate, which causes to me miss a lot of calls and texts.

> 3 dayThe battery charged fast but can die quickly, unlike what it says about it lasting s long time even being on it..I have an ex that used it a lot and would have to charge it before I left for work nightly due to it dying..however, doesnt die near as fast when its left alone. Other than that, great storage space, durable, stylish, great features, great signal pretty much everywhere with my carrier (the phone you have makes a huge difference with this believe it or not! I find Moto phones are great signal phones, not the Moto E though!) And all for a pretty good price! Way cheaper on here than in stores like EalKart! Recommend buying this phone, completely worth the money and investment if you ask me, and buy it on here. Plus, you get a replacement plan on Amazon and dont in WalMart, stupidly enough but Moto does offer a plan for it if anything else! It ends up being the same price, a bit less so a better deal if you ask me, for the phone, sale taxes, and for the replacement plan price put together. Its way more in WalMart and you dont even get the piece of mind knowing your phone is covered if dropped, something is accidently dumped on it and do on! Buy this for your next phone and you too will become a Moto fan like me!

> 3 dayIm VERY rough on phones (in construction) and refuse to spend big bucks on them. This is my 3rd Moto. and I usually get 3-ish years out of each one at less than $200.00. The unlocked G series is incredibly user friendly. Im with Republic & the GFast rocked into set up the minute I swapped my micro SIM. Pictures are sharp, new Macro lens is amazing. All kinds of Moto funsies like the chop motion that flips on flashlight, twist to activate camera & face down for Do Not Disturb. Im the Designated Family Geriatric Tech Support and told all of the oldsters that constantly bug me ...to buy this little model or Im offline... They did and were all happy! Of course, I still have to deal with my phone must be broke nonsense, but our Tech Support calls are much easier with the G Fast. See the little picture, poke THAT picture The Only Bitch I had, briefly, was that the bottom bar on the screen with a Back Button Arrow, Home Circle and Whats Open Square was gone on this model. It was an Easy fix to get them back after asking Google . If spending a bunch on a phone spins your spurs, then go forth. A Moto G handles anything I throw at it, very nicely. Im not a gamer, nor do I watch movies on the phone, so I cant judge those. Sound is just OK, not exciting.

Greater than one weekIts a good price for a smart phone, bit dont try comparing it to any of the new phones on the market. Watching videos-screen is only 720p and pretty dark. With brightness maxed, netflix is watchable in a dark room. Youtube handles the dark screen better. Apps-just using the phone normally causes it to freeze at times. It is slow at just about everything it does. I havent had any issues using any apps, but it does load newer apps very slowly as its not a processing powerhouse that most of the new phone are. Again, it does the job. Camera-takes decent pics to share with friends, but doesnt come close to any of the new cameras out there, especially the iphone camera. Dont expect to take photography shots with this phone, but again, I have taken plenty of family pics with it. It works, just not ground breaking by any means. I bought it as a replacement as my last phone was stolen, and for what I do, it works fine.

> 3 dayFor the price this is a great phone. The battery last me two full days easily. Coming from a six year old Samsung to this new Moto G fast, has been a bit of a learning curve but, Im liking this phone alot. The one thing I do not like is that this phone is heavily burdened with pre-loaded google apps. Its very cumbersome to transfer photos from the phone to my computer. Ill be going back to a Samsung. Be sure to turn off the talk back feature for the visually impaired. It is very annoying when the phone goes into that mode. I learned the hard way, if you press both volume keys at the same time, the phone goes into talk back mode. Disable that feature when you first setup the phone!

> 3 dayIts a good phone, I personally like it and had no trouble getting it activated at my local metro. My only issue is its so new there arent any cases for it, at least none i can find, but not a fault of the phone. The closest fit Im using for now is a metro g power one. Only reason I upgraded my phone was because of space issues with my old model, so I cant review the other specs personally but I was recommended this phone and have been told its a very good phone for the price!
