Noctua NF-A14 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (140mm, Brown)

Expensive but well built and very quiet. Seems to move a lot of air. Excellent packaging and includes extra cables and screws.

In a quest for a quieter gaming and media PC I recently spent the cash on a pair of these Noctua NF-A14 FLX fans and a Noctua NF-F12 PWM. I recently upgraded from the Aerocool Dead Silence 140mm fans that were anything but Dead Silent. Now my PC stays cool and from 5 feet away I can’t hear my PC at all. At 3 feet I can only hear the hard drives. Well worth the price if you can live with the brown color scheme.

Fans and the extra cabling made this really work well in my build. The problem i had was that even though the specs said they were 140mm, my case actually had custom 138mm fans in them . I was able to rectify this by removing the housing and using hot glue to the racks. Not these fans fault. Would buy again.

Was pleasantly surprised they do not radiate a brown color.

Great fans and versatile mounting hardware. Run 3 of these in my case and the temps went way down from my previous setup.

Looks pretty cool and air flow is good. The rubber mounting hardware is nifty.
