> 3 dayIts quiet. It uses pwm. It pushes air out. Thats what I bought it for. It really looks great in my haf xm. Just happy I got it quickly and got it for under $25.

> 3 dayThese were for a case exflow use, to draw hot air out. I got three of them, and they all were a bit noisier than just 3 120mm I had before. So not sure these bigger ones were worth the hassle. They are still great, and useful, and come with adjusters for speed and noise (Im using the lowest speed adjuster). The rubber mount pins and nice, and the rubber corner covers are nice too... but I knew of these since Ive bought noctua before ;)

Greater than one weekThis is a must own fan for people who water cool their components due to the static pressure of the fans. I wouldnt recommend spending this much money on just a case fan, but for a radiator fan this is the fan to beat.

Greater than one weekSome of the highest quality fans Ive ever used in a PC build, not cheap but I have absolutely no issue with the purchase. Well designed and good performers. Likely Ill stay the course with these fans on any future builds I do. I dont care for most of the junk out there in the fan world. These are worth it if you build your on stuff (PC systems)

> 3 dayFans and the extra cabling made this really work well in my build. The problem i had was that even though the specs said they were 140mm, my case actually had custom 138mm fans in them . I was able to rectify this by removing the housing and using hot glue to the racks. Not these fans fault. Would buy again.

> 3 dayThe best case fans you can buy, in my opinion. These replaced another set of Noctua PWM fans for me which were too noisy for my taste. These are perfect running the low noise filters.

12-04-2025This fan is nearly silent, and moves a lot of air. I love it!

Greater than one weekMy case (NZXT Phantom 410) is loaded with 8 fans, all of which are 120mm Noctua fans with the exception being the single 140mm fan on the side of the case. The voltage at low speed is not enough to start the 140mm and I have to turn the fan speed up to medium for it to get going, then I can turn it back to low. Rigged with a Cooler Master Silent Pro PSU and a Corsair H100i, my computer runs almost completely silent with the case fans on on low. When cranked up to medium or high, all of the 120mm have a noticeably increased wind noise, but it is not a bother because it is expected noise when they are pushing more air. With this 140mm fan though, as soon as it hits medium speed it really begins chopping the air and you can hear the air buzzing because of it. The fan itself is dead quiet and does move air-a-plenty, but doesnt seem to move the air as smoothly or quietly as the 120mm.
