Noctua NF-A8 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (80mm, Brown)

Good fan. Not as quiet as I would like it to be, but much more quiet than the old one I had.

Noctua makes good, quiet fans. I replaced the noisy fan in a Kenwood TS-2000 radio with this one and am very happy with how much quieter the radio is now.

My last 8$ 80 mm fan never worked right out of the box so fortunately that led me to step up to a Noctua. Great air movement and very quiet. Im using two of them to cool my 2.8 kw Outback inverter, which has a very loud internal cooling fan. I havent heard the inverter fan since, even under heavy loads. These Noctuas really keep thing cool. Ive seen a couple reviewers say theyre not quiet, I think these folks have got a screw loose somewhere. Beautiful packaging, info and accessories, RPM adaptors, extension cable, etc..

A little thicker than I was expecting but thats my fault for not checking the dimensions. Amazing fans, push a lot of air and stay quiet at full speed. Even more quiet than my 140mm CoolerMaster fans.

Noctua makes some of the best muffin fans available. I bought this one for a bench power supply, the noise reduction was well worth the cost plus it probably will last several times longer than the one I removed. I have changed all of the fans in my desk computer to Noctuas and dont have any regrets. I can appreciate a company that hasnt decided to send their manufacturing to China just to make a short term profit at the expense of their reputation.
