When I first installed the fan I was getting blue screens which was a little scary. I unplugged the fans, updated my BIOS and my chipset drivers and the problem went away so far. Ran a stress test for 5 minutes just to run it. I am looking to buy a 1070TI at the end of this month so I am prepping my case for extra cooling. This fan is awesome so far.

I love noctua fans and these were pwm for a decent price. My first time trying the redux line impressed me. Note that part of the reason the redux line is cheaper is the lack of accessories that noctua normally includes. So no low noise adaptors, splitters or anti-vibration options are included. Even without all that, the fan is extremely quiet and since its pwm you can just adjust the speed anyway.

Good cheap, but have the older generation bearings vs. newest. However you get gray vs. maroon and beige, and my version 1 fans are still going strong that I bough years ago. One thing to remember, the Chromax Anti-Vibration Fan Mount Set do NOT work with these!

With regard to the Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM fan: They are relatively inexpensive but (to me) are much noisier than the spec indicates. Late at night or when there is little ambient noise, they can be easily heard when spinning up to handle a temp increase (via PWM). The elevated sound is a smooth whoosh -- not tremendously bothersome but still very noticeable.

The best fan money can buy, super quiet! I barely hear my Plex server running with a handful of these installed. Highly recommend.

Zero complaints, its Noctua. Runs quiet and moves a lot of air.

Love everything about these guys, they pull/push a good amount of air and you can hardly tell they are on in the 1st place. You can only hear them under a heavy load and even then its not that bad! love them
