Theres nothing bad i can say about this. It exceeded my expectations. The packaging, had a great nice letter congratulating on your fitness journey which was very inspiring and sweet. The texture is great, has a great combination of the perfect firmness and squishyness. I am very athletic and active mom of four and have a muscular body but wanted to add some nice toning in some areas. i could have gone up a few more pounds but the ten pound is a great start. this is everything i wanted and more and exactly as described and pictured. this is a great addition to my new workouts.

It is a slam ball, not a medicine ball. Dont get confused with the two. A slam ball has sand in it. This is a great ball, seems sturdy, and I love it so far.

I just worked out for the first time with this slam ball. I’m 6’2” 225 lbs and got the 25lb ball. I slammed the heck out of this thing for an hour and it held up really well. It’s solid. You can feel the iron sand shifting around a bit as you move it but that is by design I believe. I wore work out gloves but my finger tips definitely got sore from the tactile grip. But the soreness didn’t last long. Overall I would recommend it.
