I’ve tried many different brands and different formulations of fish oil and this is the only one that I can tell it actually works. I tried going the cheaper route because yes, this is expensive… it’s pricey for a reason though. No fish burps and it clears up my brain fog and fatigue like a light going on. My eye doctor told me about this specific brand and formula years ago to help me manage my dry eye and this really did the trick. Helps my skin and circulation as well…I heal much faster from acne, bruises, etc. I don’t have issues with pain so I can’t speak to efficacy on that but I will say it’s worth trying for people who have any of the other problems I mentioned.

I stopped taking Omega 3 in the past because it always upsets my stomach. I wanted to give it another try and heard about this product on social media. First time this product did not upset my stomach! I’m not sure why, but definitely will keep buying!

These are soft gels but large. I find them easy to swallow. But for those who have a hard time swalling any large pills, heres a trick...put pill in your mouth and take a mouthful of water then put your chin down to your chest to swallow. Large pills slip.right down. Try it!
