I cannot give this product enough stars! It has been a complete game changer for me. I’ve always suffered with horrible nails. They never grew the same length and I had infected cuticles (ew gross, I know). This product not only help my nails heal and grow; but I’ve noticed a change in my mensural cycle, hair, and skin. I wish I started taking these sooner!

Have taken this supplement for a long time and very useful for the health. Good product!

I was having a problem with dry eye syndrome. Starting taking this supplement, but quite a lot, at least 4 a day, sometimes more, and my dry eye is about 90% better. I dont need drops every day anymore, just once in a while.

My doctor told me to try them for joint pain, recovering from a concussion, and to lower my cholesterol numbers. I saw results in all three areas! My joints hurt less throughout the day, after taking two pills in the morning with some food. I fully recovered from my concussion, and my triglycerides are back to where they should be. Ill continue to use them for these benefits, and for taking less prescribed medication.
