    Firstly, their VPN is awful, the servers are slow and nord failed MORE then once exposing my data. Worst still, I haven’t used Nord in YEARS and they just again tried to auto renew me for $100. You’ve been warned!

    The product came as a flashdrive, and was easy to set-up. The tech support can be better. Instead of answering your questions or offering assistance. They rather ask you to give them every information about you, your computer, what service you use, even when your just needing a simple answer. Its the same process over and over, which gets old.

    I signed up in late September. This is the only app to ever cause my MacBook Pro to lock up. I have had to delete and reload the program several times in November and again in January. The customer service is almost non-existent. You only have online chat as a customer service tool. After months of problems with MacBook and iPad, I asked for a refund. I was told NO because it was past the 30 day trial period. When I asked for a manager, I was told NO. No consideration for ongoing product issues or pro-rating of the fees for the balance of my contract with them. Shop around and stay away from NordVPN.

    I have purchased this Vpn in the past. It was easy to install and set up. It does what it claims to do. I have noticed it has had an issuse at times with connections but that could also be a problem with my isp. Over all a great product!

    After 4 + years of paying for Nord, I opened a ticket with them to do 2 simple things; change my email address and to get a username that wasnt my email address. They told me I needed to tell them the last 4 digits of the card I used to pay my most recent signup (one for 30 months of service..Ive got 5 months left), and the expiration date. I told them the card was canceled for suspicious activity. They asked for a copy of the bank statement showing the last charge, which I provided. Then I was told that I was attempting fraud (no joke), and that the results could be severe, and ended our correspondence. So caveat emptor!

    They have great IT reps. Belle walked me through the process of getting my devices & my wifes devices hooked up to the w Nord. Seems straight forward when you have some good help. They have tips w videos to show that you are protected
