Norton 360 Premium 2023, Antivirus software for 10 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key card]

I HATE this software because they are constantly pushing Norton add ons. For as much as you pay per year, I shouldnt have to buy any add ons. But every day they are popping up trying to get me to purchase another type of add on. I do feel like it protects all our devices. But the bombardment of ads is unconscionable.

First the good: N360 does a good job of keeping the bad stuff out. The bad: The installation protocol has been changed and NOT for the better, nor for the benefit of the buyer. Ive been a faithful customer of Norton for at least 10 years, but this new system is a pure-blooded Charlie Foxtrot! It took me 3 1/2 frustrating hrs to install the update on two windows PC, an IPad, and 3 android devices. In addition (in case you havent read any of the negative reviews), despite the fact that you have already purchased a prod key card from another vendor, youre now REQUIRED to provide your credit card in order to activate the new subscription. Dont miss the fact that this unavoidably enrolls you in the Automatic Renewal program, under which Norton will be happy to roll over your subscription in a yr, charging your card of record at FULL RETAIL PRICE (about 2-3 times higher than Amazon). After wasting yet another 40 min. searching the site in vain for a way to unenroll in the auto renewal, I learned that you are now required to get a Tech support person to turn the feature off. You no longer will can deselect this feature yourself, and they wont do it for you until they first try to bribe you with a free 3 mos. extension to remain in autorenewal. No thanks. Another change in the last couple years concerns Nortons never ceasing emails and spam messages trying to convince you to spend more money to get additional premium features. You should check this list of extra costs to see if theyre things you require and then see if they are included with other vendors base offering. I guess, like Microsoft, Norton has decided to pad their bottom line by trying to upsell customers into paying for all sorts of optional extras. If, after checking to see if my dissatisfaction with N360 - and the new Norton in genl - are unique or widespread, you still decide to buy it, then go in peace and never say you werent warned. B. Well all I can say is I hope I can get my money back. After about 20 mins on my cell phone I was able to get someone on the web to to let me know. That u won’t get billed for it which wasn’t my first question. It was once I got on there web site there was no “premium 360 to choose when I had to pick. So they put me on Hold for just a minute or 2. Then some one else go on and asked me again what my problem was that I already purchased it and had a key number. After they couldn’t understand how it was already paid for but after I told them I purchased it from amazon she said hold on a minute so while I was holding on I was transferred to another screen which was a syntax screen then I lost the connection. Went home and got onto my chrome book and triied to get back on but I wasn’t getting anywhere so I made the mistake of chosen a phone call for help. After a few minutes of having to complete some forms of. What my problem was it gave somethings to try which I already did and I might add the reason I wanted to talk to some one I was to avoid getting the run around and still have to get on the phone l have a hard time typing because my hands start cramping up and I never was much good at typing and being an old timer I wasn’t about to start learning to. When I could only get a phone number. But not to be deterred I kept plugging along. And filled out another info sheet so they could direct me to the rt number I was finally given it. Then I called the “ 800 “ u I know that right number to callNumber and get a person who could barely speak comprehensible English . Well u get the picture. So after an hr the final answer is I cannot install it on my system. That was after I had t keep asking him to let me finish what I was saying and constantly asking him to please repeat himself over and over and over again .so I started to install this a little after 9 last nite and when I.finally called it quits it was 10: 20 pm. Gone to keep McAfee I gave McAfee , my credit card and my choice and imagine that poof there was my system all ready to go. Now I know why McAfee has 80 percent of the fortune one hundred companies. Maybe there not bilingual either.

the shipping was right on time .if it had arrived on the date given at the time I ordered it my Norton would have expired a day before arrival.but it was at my door with 5 days to spare.got it about 11:30 A.M. had it installed on all 6 devices about 12:00 P.M. I have ordered My Norton from Amazon before .one was an instant download but this was a Norton folding card-like pack with the Key only and instructions on how to download it.great deal,Im set for another year. :))

We get this every year when our subscription is up. Easy to use and download. Product does what it says it will. Havent used Tech support yet so I cant comment on that. But overall satisfied. Will purchase again.

I believe Norton is a very reliable company but I have not been able to use this product the way I wanted. First my Mac got so slow that I had to delete it from it. Then the same thing happened to my phone. I was not able to install it in my rook, nor my amazon stick. I have not used any of the licenses but I can not return it because I used one and even though I had to delete it , it is used.

This works fine and is a great price...for ONE year. I marked my calendar for a week before it was to expire so I could see what the renewal rate would be, (they dont tell you when you sign up). However, a MONTH before it expired, they charged me $114.99 for the next year WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME BEFORE THEY DID IT!!! I was SHOCKED at that charge. They didnt let me know what it would cost per year when I signed up. I feel this is underhanded to charge almost 3 times what I expected. Im arguing the charge now because they just charged it way before they should have and did not give me any warning. BE CAREFUL! Make sure you stop the auto charge within a few days after you sign up. The second year is way too expensive.

On the first computer, Android phone & Android Tablet, it was easy to install after removing my Expired versions of older Norton Security. They do NOT make it clear you should Uninstall any older Norton Security apps. For some reason, it was much more difficult to remove Norton Security and Norton Scan with the built Uninstall buttons that came with those older versions. Had to get latest version of NRnR to Remove from the 1st & 2nd PC. Not a quick or smooth process. New Install on other devices was done using the Add a Device email invitation process for all devices after the 1st PC. Found out the next day, that even though the software is on all 6 of our devices, only 4 successfully registered on our new Norton 360 subscription. Waited on the phone for 24 minutes on one call then gave up. Waited 15 minutes for a live chat, then got someone who didnt understand what I was clearly saying in English. Then got transferred to another Tech support Chat with a waiting line of 5-9 minutes. 35 minutes for nothing. Gave up on that too. If you want Norton Tech support, you have to be willing to wait online or on the phone for more than a few minutes. The software does work well but hoping I have no other Tech support needs. Do not expect to talk quickly to Tech support person in the US.
